I don't normally leave reviews and am not ashamed to say I am quite pessimistic with these sort of things. However I am surprised to say, that having tried Every Day and One Week Flat that it really worked. I have had issues with my digestion and bloating for many years. Optibac was recommended to me by a friend who had good results after they recommended it by their GP. It really did work, my issues have gone. I didn't change my diet or alter anything else. Not really related but the products were well packaged and have a quality feel. A quick bit of online research showed that Optibac is also a UK based company which I also value.

I've taken Optibac for women to counter Candida overgrowth and Every Day to restore balance. I so notice if I stop for a while. So when a friend a reported similar symptoms I bought her a supply of Every Day. Something that is easier to show someone it can help than explan why.
