DO NOT USE - NOT SAFE!!!I wish I’d checked the reviews before I booked this. Paid an extra £5 to be met at the airport got a garbled message from the driver to go the car park waited for fifteen minutes with the driver not answering his phone. Finally found him after numerous call to the head office. These things happen BUT the driver’s wife had left her shopping trolley in the boot and he tried to drive off with it in his footwell! REALLY DANGEROUS

SIMPLY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. They left me stranded at Gatwick airport with my young kids in the early hours of the morning after they cancelled my return journey without informing me in advance, I only found out when my plan landed, I called the office asking about my driver.The return journey was booked and paid for in advance. I was given a confirmation email with the driver details but it seems as they can cancel whenever they like. I had to call around for a reacement taxi 2.30 in the morning and of course, I had to pay extra. Terrible service.

have used these guys 5 times in the last 3 months, they can't be beaten on price, fantastic drivers, if you need an airport taxi then look no further.

DO NOT USE!!!! Received email while at Lanzarote airport waiting to come home (family group including 3 children) stating they had cancelled the booking - not fun trying to get home from Gatwick at 4 am in the morning!

Avoid this company at all costs. Flight home was delayed by 90 minutes, they emailed me while I was in the air to tell me they'd cancelled the booking, leaving me stranded at 3am at Gatwick with two young children. Absolute joke of a business, do not give them your money

Originally booked 2 years ago but due to covid kept getting postponed. Kept in touch and found them excellent from Hampshire to Heathrow. Didnt charge more even though I asked, driver was early for collection and courteous. On collection I misunderstood where to collect us yet he came and found us to take us to the car. Great company and would thoroughly reccomend.!

Took my order, confirmed my booking and my money. Then just sent an e mail saying they don't have a cab and leaving me unable to find a replacement to get to the airport. Don't trust this company. Worst service ever

I have used OTS many times and have always been happy with their service. This last time i used them i was happy with the service, however the driver was definitely in a hurry. He took 20 mins off our 2.5 hr journey (via motorways) but at times his driving was quite erratic. We were very relieved to reach our destination in one piece! I would however continue to use OTS in the future

Abandoned at edinburgh airport at 2 in the morning. The service started well when I first used them in March, and I was making 2 return trips a month for Buisness. The last couple of trips the quality of the drivers hasn’t been as good and they have turned up late and in one case the driver turned up at the wrong address. Returning from Geneva my flight was delayed so imagine my joy when Jon landing I discover a text from the dive in broken English saying he’s not picking me up. Then a lovely email from the OTS Ltd saying the trip was cancelled, they had refunded my money and basically jog on and no driver was available. They don’t have drivers and use agency and other companies, so I recon it was just a case of it Friday night and it to much hassle to find you someone.

Very poor service. I booked a airport pickup from Heathrow to Basingstoke for my brother in law and familiy who were visting me from USA. I booked meet and greet service paying additional service fee. Despite this, the driver completely disregarded this and made my family walk all the way from arrival terminal to the car park so that the driver could save some money on the parking fees. Disgusting service and I would never avail them for any future travel needs

Although this company is not the cheapest taxi firm, they have brilliant customer service and have never let us down. When I have used them I have phoned them the day before to check that the taxi is still okay for the next day, and they have identified my booking quickly and confirmed the taxi. On our holiday last week, easyJet had changed the time of our flight and I had forgotten to amend my taxi booking. At Malaga airport I had a call from OTS asking whether we still needed to be picked up at 14:55 as the flight did not look like it was coming in at that time. When I told them the flight was now coming in at 18:50, they rearranged the taxi for me and when we arrived everything went completely smoothly. They are brilliant! I should add that this was with OTS in Bristol. I cannot speak for any of their other branches around the country.

Booked taxi and paid £43 for an airport drop (4.7 miles distance). However, found out later from a friend that the charge was too high and he had booked the same from another firm for just £29. So I cancelled my booking and booked with the other firm. However, buried within OTS's T&C is a £7 surcharge, which is not mentioned anywhere on the cancellation page, so customers wouldn't be aware of this while undertaking a cancellation. This is quite misleading. Wouldn't recommend since too expensive and have hidden charges.

Very happy with this company for a couple of years now. Extra happy with them yesterday and a big "thank you" to Taylor at OTS who, following an unscheduled flight diversion, quickly arranged for the car scheduled to pick up at LCY to collect from STN instead. Excellent customer support.

Mini bus got cancelled 30 min before booked time. They called and refunded the money. But I have to book black cabs and end up paying double the amount. journey book for £85 costed me £135 OTS contacted me to provide black cab recipients for compensation, I provided them copy of credit/debit transactions to black cab but they refused the compensation.

We were coming from the airport after about 10 hour flight and about 2 hour delay. We got out and phoned the driver, he told us to move to another exit, although we paid for a meet and greet service. We went to the other exit and we noticed the driver was agitated and nervous for some reason. He started immediately by saying that there might be an extra charge for waiting; I told him that I phoned early in the morning and changed the pick up time because I knew the flight was delayed; he said with a rude and condescending tone that he doesn't want to argue in the car!! Told him we are just explaining what we did; he continued walking and said that it's the end of his shift and doesn't need this (or something like that)!! Told him our flight was delayed and we're also tired; he said not my fault! Anyway continued with his tone and then he phoned the company and told them we just got there; at that time we were already on the road, so the additional charge was calculated according to this time not the time we first got out from the airport and phoned him. After several emails with the company and a lot of wasted time, some of the additional charge was refunded but no apology for the behavior of the driver. To be honest, they used to be very good and reliable, not sure what's going on now. We were extremely upset and we will never use this service again; there are a lot of taxi services out there that we can use.

Do not book anything with this company,absolute scammers,taking your money without any intention to provide you with any sort of service,and when it comes to ask for your losses you will end up dealing with low lives,rude customer service that will make anything but give your money back. Shocking company,should not be on the market,bottom line business,stealing money from their customers! Avoid this scammers at any cost!

Our taxi to the airport was fine. The taxi on return from the airport was a different matter. We were given a telephone number to ring within a hour of landing at Manchester airport which we did. We rang the number no reply 2.50am. I noticed someone had tried to contact us so I rang that number. We asked where to meet the driver, we were told to wait where we were and the driver would be with us soon. After 20 minutes we rang the number again and got an automatic reply saying he would be with us in 40 minutes. It was now 3.15am. We were given the taxi drivers number when we contacted him he said he would be 30 minutes. At 3.43am he telephoned to say he was in the short stay carpark. The phone line kept cracking up and it was hard to understand where to find him. Finally at 3.50am we found him. To be fair he was very apologetic and said he had only just received the fare and our details. We arrived home at 5.20am exhausted.

Don’t use this company!! Charge you extra money if you take longer than an hour to get through the airport through no fault of your own. Absolute joke don’t use
