Great service. Very reassuring to have a driver’s number as a lone female traveller. I would definitely recommend using OTS. Always receive a helpful and prompt response, my only choice for airport taxi and not extortionate either!

We recently used Onward Journey solutions for a trip to the Albert Hall for a Carol Concert, there were 8 of us! I was so impressed with Customer Service, Becca on the phone was brilliant, as were 2 others when I spoke to them. The taxis were spotless, kind and considerate drivers. I was sent booking details and numbers of the drivers, they were spot on time. Very impressed with service at a reasonable price! We will definitely be using again! Thank you so much, made our day so much less stressful due to train strikes!

As usual the driver arrived at my hotel promptly. He showed very good knowledge of the London road system, as he managed to avoid a long tailback on the main road by using a route through the side roads.

Both my drivers were excellent On time pick up and airport. 26/11 to 29/11

Have used OTS for many years, so reliable and never disappoint!

If you want to miss your flight , go for this unreliable company. The driver came late for an hour and caused to miss the flight. We called to the manager 30min before the picked up time, he promised the driver would be on time . NO worries. What we got at the end? Unbelievable at all and shame on them . Where I can report this company and as really don't want anyone's would suffer from this poor company. People taking flights must be something emgergency to deal with. PS. Not recommended this poor company and I would only rate zero stars if the setting allows though. Also, their website address called airporttaxis-uk.co.uk. Just realized they re using 2 different company's names to cover up Onward Solution with the lowest reviews! Transportation Department shoild investigate this company if eligible criteria level.

Service was very easy to book, driver showed up promtly, car was clean and the ride was comfortable and quick.

I am doing this review because of many who would be making their decision based on what they read about OTS. Was I afraid of using them? Yes, because of negative review I read online. I contacted their agent to express my concerns. I was reassured of a good service delivery. Infact, she said they handle hundreds of trips daily that only exceptional bad cases are reported online. Many good ones go unreported. After using them, I would recommend them over and over again. I couldn't have gotten any better service elsewhere based on the amount they charged. Just read their Terms and Conditions to understand their mode of operation. If certain things are not clear to you, contact their agent online.

This time the driver was ready and waiting and made smart choices on route to miss closed roads etc

Our flight landed at Heathrow T5 a little early and the meet and greet driver wasn’t there. Made a quick call to the office who called him and established he was on his way to us from the car park. Polite and friendly driver with a large, clean people carrier. Got us home to Ipswich safely and within the speed limits. Many thanks

I had a taxi booked from Heathrow but the driver was almost two hours late to pick me up. He initially said he’d be one hour late and then kept adding time. I appreciate that with traffic etc it’s not always easy to gauge but if I pay £200 for an airport transfer I expect it to vaguely on time. He was also pretty rude when he did finally arrive (though by this point I wasn’t exactly friendly as I’d waited two hours after a 22 hour flight). Definitely would not use this service again, could have just got the train in the time I wasted waiting. But customer support was very responsive and kind!

Every single time I’ve used this company the driver has been helpful and friendly, whilst at same Time being utterly professional. I have shared this companies name many times to friends family and business persons alike!!

Booked to take to airport. Arrived 10 mins before pick up time,but did not make me feel I had to rush. Very friendly and polite

The excellent service from Jason who took us pick us up. His timing was also excellent and very safe driver.

Arrived on time and polite but only criticism is he took us a long route through the city rather than the much quicker A45 or M6 route. The minibus was not in the cleanest state either.

Good service - turned up slightly early, nice clean car and driver very polite/ helpful. Would use again.
