The quote is cheap, but they will find a reason to charge you more for every time. Just to use uber or other taxi company. Avoid this company.

The car failed to turn up to take us to Heathrow Airport. I booked a car for 5 people to take us to Heathrow airport. Pick up time 4.45 am on the 28 December. Despite having the money withdrawn from my account and receiving a booking confirmation the car did not turn up. When I called up OTS I was told they had made a mistake and I would have to make alternative arrangements. This is difficult at 4.45 am when you have a flight to catch. I would at least of expected them to find a solution. Unreliable and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company.

Good service

OTS are NOT a Taxi Company... They are 3rd party "middlemen" taxi brokers who charge the customer a fixed price and then put the booking "out to tender" to numerous taxi companies and award it to the company that submits the lowest price. Once the booking has been awarded OTS have very little control over how it is performed on the day. There are good taxi companies that work with OTS and take a pride in what they do. There are also very bad ones that don't. It's just the luck of the draw as to who you might get on the day, once again OTS are NOT a taxi company

I always use Onward Travel Solutions for journeys to and from the airport. The driver are helpful and friendly, they are always on time, bookings process is super easy - I just know I can rely on them.

Awful awful service! With exception 1 operator all others were extremely rude and arrogant and doesn't allow us to speak. Zero customer service!! The driver wasn't available for meet & greet when we arrived and had to wait for him to turn up. Also we had to walk around looking for a WHS smith to find the driver for the meet & greet! When we finally complained and got a refund for the meet & greet the driver proceed to complain to us about the deduction saying he's self employed. Never again!!! I wish I read reviews before using them.
