It was a great pleasure to meet and work with the representative, after our initial conversations regarding upgrading to LED lights and the requirements of to use these lights. This representative helped our non-for-profit organization receive enough LED lights to replace all standard T-8 lamps without needing to hiring an electrician to complete the upgrade. I installed 240 4ft LED replacements to my office with 100% of them working perfectly. They Installed as instructed!! The shipping was well done with only one tube cracked, and I still used it. The light was very bright and directed to the work area. I would use OEO again.
