From initial contact to placing our order took several weeks on our part. They patiently answered our questions on wiring options and even sent a sample LED to evaluate color. Delivery was prompt - a damaged carton was addressed with a promise to replace any broken lamps.

OEO has been a patient and very helpful consultant and supplier of LED lighting for the Quaker Aurora Tennis Club. Over the past three years the Club has worked its way through a maze of decisions in determining the type and quantities of new LED lights required to upgrade the facility's lighting overall lighting. OEO has been very patient in working with the Club's Board and extremely understanding as they explained the options available. When it came time to order the lights OEO was extremely helpful in not only acquiring the lights but also took the lead in obtaining the NYSEG rebate. First class all the way through the process!!!

Good communication and product suggestions

My experience with OEO was wonderful. I contacted them after reading about a light rehab that was done at a business just down the street from us. I told them what we had, what we needed to retro-fit, and within a week I had all the bulbs and parts in-hand - and - it didn't cost me a dime. It is hard to believe. The light output is amazing and I don't have to worry about changing 8' fluorescent tubes in fixtures 16' up. Thank you Avista and OEO.
