We ordered LED replacements for metal halide 400 watt bulbs that would just screw in and use the ballast. They did not work properly with our fixtures. OEO exchanged them for ones that needed the ballast removed. It was simple to do and they work great. Now everyone can see how blue and dim the old lights were.

Not as bright as I was expecting

Awesome, everything was exactly what I was sold. Product is outstanding. Already seeing savings and haven;t changed a bulb since they were installed.

Mary Jo spent precious time with me to choose the right bulb, also like that we have a 30 trial period to test the bulbs. Have not got the approval yet from our trustees, but the Leds brighten up our sanctuary.

Was happy with customer service. got the bulb in a reasonable time. Now for the bulb the stem on the bulb is not long enough to screw all the way into the socket so I do not know how well the bulb works ☹️ waiting to see if the electric company will put up a different fixture. Ok oeo sent me an extender at no cost to me😁😁 The bulb works great. Being led I thought the light might be brighter than what it is but it does the job I can see around my driveway and yard 😊 I definitely would buy from them again 😊
