Excellent customer service! I received some refill pods that were faulty, and the same day they’d arranged to send out replacement ones at no cost.
Got this for my other half and he is using it to help stop smoking so much during lockdown its certainly helping, Hes not a fan of "flavoured" ones, but is enjoying using this product

The liquid though 1.7ml finishes very quickly. I have used govype and wanted to move from it. The vial of govype lasts me atleast 3 days. This one finished in less than a day even though the vaping frequency is the same.

UPDATE After emailing NZO and following investigation by the team, it was found to be an error in the system between sales and warehouse. Issue was rectified and follow up support given by the company. Myself and my partner ordered a starter pack, only the pods were sent out - no device. Contacted the company and now awaiting my device.
