I purchased the nzo as a backup to my juul as the cartridges were much bigger and wanted something that may last a bit longer. Out of the 3 pods supplied in the starter pack only one flavour actually worked and that was menthol. I put it down to faulty pods and decided to try again with a pack of menthol pods. Only one out of the 3 pods worked again. For some stupid reason I decided to give nzo one last try because when it actually works its a great device so I bought a pack of mixed Berry pods and another pack of menthol pods. Only one of the mixed Berry pods works and the 3 menthol pods work fine. With the pods that don't work the device lights up like normal when u take a puff and you can hear the air going through the device but no vapour comes out at all. I've tried calling the number on the website with no success. I also made contact through Instagram and received zero response. All in all when the device id working its fantastic but out of of 12 pods I've only been able to use 4 of them. Its unacceptable
I ordered and paid extra for next day delivery. My order took 4 days to get to me. I called directly for an update multiple times and each time I called the customer service department were unavailable or ‘too busy’ and nobody could tell me when I could expect to receive my order. I am very disappointed with the service received and will not be using the next day delivery option again.

Device I've had for only a couple of months is faulty and wasting the pods. I'll have to order a new one which means I'm now unable to vape. Thought the device should last for at least a year like my first one did

Very thankful to have discovered this at my local sainsburys, this is vaping/quitting with no hassle. Easy to use, no breakages or annoyances while trying to get the nicotine fix, fantastic. But i cant say i understand the pricing in the slightest. 1x vape with three pods for £5, three pods for £10. Okay... Its much better value for me to collect the vape/battery like pokemon cards, but very wasteful for the environment. There are flavours id like to try but i cant justify spending twice the price.
I've never been able to find something like this that actually helps, and what feels nice. This is very smooth on my throat and had helped me to cut down, and I have terrible will power! I highly recommend the menthol to start off with though if you're aiming to quit/cut down like me.
