I placed an order and emailed NZO vape 6 days ago, my order has not been received even though the money has been taken from my account on the 7th June, cannot find a telephone contact number to ring and as of so far my emails have not been answered... Very frustrating as I have been using this company for several months now and have not experienced such issues before???? Update I have been contacted from NZO who have apologised and are hopefully resending the order so fingers crossed it will arrive in the next couple of days 🤞

One of the prefilled did not work and had to be thrown away. One of the refillable pods leaked and also had to be thrown. First time I have had issues, so a bit disappointed.

I purchased vapes and pods from this company. There was major problems with the delivery due to the delivery company loosing my parcel . Marcus went above and beyond to sort it out . He kept me up to date with everything that was happening and even sent me out a vape and pack of pods to keep me going until the delivery company finally got my parcel to me .
