I found the 3 day training course very insightful and interesting hearing about all the mental health conditions, causes and statistics. The course is not to be taken lightly as it is a heavy topic of which you'd expect but it is good to talk about the reality of mental health as it is a very important topic in todays society and in the workplace. The trainer was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of rich and useful examples to bring the training to life and put it into context more. I liked the fact that we had self-directed study/learning to take time out to research and learn things through different medias; such as watching films, reading books, internet etc. The only developmental feedback I'd give on the trainer's delivery style would be that I picked up on the phrase 'stuff like that' was used a few times when giving some examples. I have been in the L&D sector for over 10 years now and was always told to avoid that phrase as to some delegates they may not know what that exactly means. Furthermore I couldn't help picking up on the word 'er' being used numerous times - this is just a gap filler!

Well organised and informative course, good content and really well delivered. Great trainers, friendly and approachable. An intense course but the content made it enjoyable.

we were a group of strangers. No-one knew anyone else. The course was to last 5 days depending on prior accreditation and experience. Mine lasted 4 days. half of the group were staying at a local premier Inn. by the second day the group had become cohesive. Worked with each other, supported each other, had a laugh together - all facilitated by the two trainers Daz and Ade. I was almost tearful when it finished and felt as if I had lost something. If you don't mind hard work and value a full on experience then this is the training Centre for you.

Great content on the First Aid course, delivered by first class trainers Daz and Ade who take all of learners different needs into consideration. 'Firm but fair' approach to the training, hospitality for the week was second to none with everybody's needs catered for. Tough week, very enjoyable. Thanks Daz and Ade!!

The instructor was very knowledgeable, I took a lot of extra instructpr tips way from him, you got so much more than the average refresher course. NUCO training go the extra mile, supporting paperwork, NUCO PLUS and the USB are also great. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Attended the 5 day First Aid at Work Instructor training in Doncaster. Really enjoyed the course. Our trainer Danniella was fantastic. Refreshments and lunch was provided on each day too which is always a bonus!

This was a very tough and intense course but the trainer delivered it really well and by the end of the course everyone enjoyed it and passed. Great delivery and support.
