As an instructor Glenn was top notch- relatable, organised, had a sense of humour, informative, thorough and knowledgeable. Training was very well delivered, at a good pace and the material covered was excellent. Aside from gaining some new thoughts and ideas on the subject, that training reaffirmed knowledge I already had.

I was nervous attending the course but after 10 minutes felt like part of the team. A very good experience with very knowledgeable trainers, I would recommend this to any who is looking to do this course.

Course was relevant and rather than just giving out information the course was delivered using a range of teaching techniques that would enable a trainer to be more communicative and creative in their own teaching situation.

Whilst I have the time may I just send my most sincere thanks for the most superb course and previous subsequent courses. (my fourth with yourselves). As always you get the best out of people and deliver the topics in a way that put others to shame. It’s a genuine pleasure dealing with all of you especially those of you I have not met personally. As mentioned to both my trainers on Tuesday I had just attended my FREC3/4 in quick succession and nothing come close to your method of instruction, delivery or organisation NUCO for me is second to none and cannot be praised enough, the support I have received has been nothing more than first class from the start of my journey with NUCO to date.

Glen's teaching style was excellent and he made a 5 day course fly by! I feel really well equipped to take what I have leant and use to it to become an effective trainer. Glen has set the bar pretty high but it always good to have something to aspire to! Many thanks Glen for a comprehensive, well delivered and enjoyable course!

Excellent FAW Trainer’s refresher course. The tutor was very experienced and knowledgeable and the two days were interesting and engaging. Always good to learn different teaching techniques and I enjoyed meeting the other delegates. Great venue too, thank you Nuco Training.

You will not get better training anywhere. The knowledge of the trainer and engagement is superb.
