Did a higher level course with them recently; the organisation seems great in their support of trainers / instructors in the Nuco 'sphere'. The instructor was very knowledgeable but was a cocky so-and-so that failed to damp the childish behaviour of many of the other professionals - this is stretching the definition - on the course making it, for me, an 'endurance course' with the focus on 'getting the cert.' for me. Little about the course was fun and the venue stiflingly hot.

Communication was very good through the booking system. The venue was perfectly adequate and due to it being in a hotel conference room it allows the training to be held around the country rather than in one fixed location. Everything else however becomes a side thought as the actual training was very good. The instructor demonstrated many differrent ways to present subjects, openly engaged with student experiences and varied his approach to meet the groups level. It was helpful that the whole group also got on very well and supported each other through the training. I now feel that I would be confident enough and have enough tricks in my bag to be able to teach first aid.

What could I say, the experience was just excellent! The most knowledgeable and professional. Glenn made everyone to feel at ease and welcome! Thank you Glenn!

Another fantastic instructor course from Nuco Training, and Glenn was superb in keeping the distance learning Safeguarding course engaging and relatable throughout. Highly recommended!

Excellent training

The course met my needs which is always invaluable, the Instructor clearly knew what he was talking about but also drew on the experience of others. Also I was given some good ideas to take I to my own teaching and was able to extend my own learning as well. Generally a very good course.

An excellent 5day course great trainer ,(Michelle) and training resources . It's a full on 5days but they know what they are doing and how to support you and get you through it
