Excellent Course Content and Knowledgeable instructor

I am sure this has been said many times, but I have to say it as it’s my first experience of Lee & NUCO. NUCO have been extremely professional in their approach to this subject and compare very favourably against other providers I have had experience with. Lee's knowledge and experience really contributed to the excellent quality of the course. His skills online were particularly good and as an new instructor I learnt so much by just watching him. He was able to deliver the very important elements within the timescales of the course while ensuring we understood them. If I can be half as good as Lee, I think I will do OK. The content was a real eye-opener, with engaging exercises to help with information retention. The course was delivered by a fantastic and sympathetic trainer, which to be honest was also assisted by having a great group of fellow trainee instructors. I would definitely recommend people to take this instructor course.

This is my 3rd Instructor course with NUCO in 2 months. They are fantastic in what they do. I always leave each course having learned something new (other than the course topic 😁). The lead instructors are second to none IMO.

The course was very informative and done in a relaxed manner where everyone had a chance to ask questions and also pass on useful training tips to each other. Paul who ran the course is very knowledgeable and gives everyone in the the room attention. The facilities chosen for the course were ideally situated off the major roads and excellent. We were well looked after. Having been an instructor with NUCO for many years, the support that is given is second to none.

Spent the week training for certification to instruct first aid training. Nuco were very very supportive during this time. The instructor, Ellie, was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding of everyone's needs.

I took a course with Nuco and was rather nervous to be honest, I was not sure if I would be able to pass but, the course was amazing, the trainer was so good, clear, concise and all round great to listen to. I highly recommend and I will be back for further courses without a doubt.
