J’ai passé une commande qui biensur n’est toujours pas livrée avec un règlement pour un livraison express! Bizarrement ce transporteur DHL renvoie les produits systématiquement , plutôt louche . On ne peut pas rater mon lieu de livraison!!! Je ne recommanderai plus jamais là bas. Et j’attends le remboursement!

Toller Service Das Produkt selbst war nicht das was es versprochen hat, der Nagellack sieht toll aus deckt aber eben nicht so wie versprochen, war lediglich transparent.. Für den Preis war ich entsprechend sauer u dachte sei wieder mal auf son Fake reingefallen.. Ich entschuldige mich hiermit für meinen unangebrachten Ton. Der Kaufpreis wurde unverzüglich erstattet u man entschuldigte sich! Also ein seriöses Unternehmen bei dem man bedenkenlos bestellen kann. 3 Sterne da der Nagellack leider nicht das war was er versprach :/
Didn’t receive my order months had gone by they said they will refund me but nothing yer either I’m considering my money lost and I would never ever buy from them again . The emails are saying that you will receive your money but it’s just a scam You have sent me a message after all this that the refund was made but no refund had been made I’m not sure what you are trying to do by lying like this to your customers

I had a very unpleasant experience with my last order, and honestly, I’m afraid to order from you again, even though my first experience was positive. This time, the courier couldn’t contact me because my phone number was missing from the package, and my address was incomplete—the house number was written incorrectly. Fortunately, I live in a small village, and the courier recognized my last name and found a way to deliver the package. However, this situation should never have happened. The issue was caused by the fact that my details were not correctly written on the package, even though I had entered the correct information when placing my order. If this had happened in a larger city, my package might have been lost or sent back to the sender. The products are great, but if there’s a risk of my details being mismanaged and delivery becoming an issue, I don’t feel comfortable ordering again. I hope you improve this process to prevent such situations in the future.
