Ils ont maquillage, parfums, soins, maison,… Dernièrement ils ont commencé à restreindre les marques sur lesquelles les codes promo fonctionnent. C’est dommage et j’espère qu’ils ne vont pas finir comme Sephora. Il y a maintenant un programme de fidélité et une application. J’ai déjà passé plusieurs commandes et à part une fois où un parfum n’avait pas été protégé dans le carton, tout c’est toujours bien passé. J’ai pu joindre le service client facilement et après discussion j’ai eu une proposition qui m’a satisfaite.

I recently ordered from Niche Beauty and overall had a great experience. Everything arrived on time and in good condition, except for one of the mists I ordered—it seemed to have leaked or been partially used, as the bottle was noticeably less full compared to the other one. That said, I was initially hesitant to place an order after reading some of the negative reviews on Trustpilot, but I’m really glad I went ahead with it. My items arrived safely (aside from the one minor issue), and the selection on Niche Beauty is incredible—full of products you can’t easily find in stores. Don’t let the bad reviews stop you from giving them a try. In my case, it was totally worth it!
