I placed an order at the beginning of February and after two days another order. When I received the invoice I saw that my address was wrong, I contacted customer service and explained the situation. It was agreed that they would send it again, with the correct address, and they sent it again with the wrong address. I contacted customer service again and they had to send it a third time, which never happened. They finally refunded the payment. I don't understand how a company like this can make so many mistakes even after calling and sending emails with my correct address. They lost a customer and I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Ik was eerst zeer sceptisch over de site maar ik wou toch heel graag de originele isamaya lipgloss hebben voor dat die uit de schappen ging. Mijn order kwam 5 dagen na bestellen toe met een track&trace code. Alles was goed verlopen en het pakketje kwam zonder deuken toe. Ik raad het zeker aan!

Avoid buying fragrance from this company if there’s a chance you will need to return it. Ordered a fragrance and tried to cancel the order before it was shipped but my email got ignored. Contacted company to return the item to be told they won’t allow a return because perfumes are classed as ‘dangerous goods’. I have returned perfumes to other companies before with no issue, if you can ship it you should be able to accept a return too. Scam. This should be made clear under the description of all fragrances on your website. Now I have wasted £180. EDIT - response to company: I did contact customer care and was told I could only return it if I organise my own postage. No postal companies will ship perfume. You should be able to organise a return for these items for your customers.

Lieferung sehr schnell. Die Auswahl an Produkten, die es kaum in einer Parfümerie gibt, sehr gut. Alles mit einer Einschränkung. Habe bereits das 2.Mal ein Trockenshampoo erhalten das komplett leer war. Das erste Mal erst bemerkt als eine Reklamation nicht mehr möglich war.... ab in die Tonne. Jetzt habe ich es gleich getestet und sofort zurück geschickt.
