Leider sehr schlecht geworden. Kundenservice keinerlei Hilfe. Meine Sendung wurde leider so schlecht verpackt, dass Sie DHL direkt wieder zurück zum Absender geschickt hat. Viele E-Mails und langes Warten bis ich endlich mein Geld zurück bekommen habe. Meinen für die Treuepunkte eingelösten Gutschein, sowie die Welcomebox sind nun verfallen und können nicht wieder eingelöst werden. Mehrmals den Kundensupport darauf hingewiesen, aber es scheint dort nicht mal jemand die E-Mails zu lesen. Dann bestelle ich eben woanders.

El día 12/10/20204 realicé un pedido con número GE6847032509NL y cuya fecha de entrega se estimaba entre dos y tres días. Pues hoy, día 27, no solamente sigo esperando que me llegue el paquete, sino que me escribieron de la empresa de mensajería DHL para informarme de que la entrega no era posible porque la empresa que hizo el envío no había puesto mi dirección. El número de seguimiento que me dieron es CO373441165DE, y aunque les escribí dándole todos mis datos, sigo sin recibir mi paquete. Tras este hecho sentí curiosidad por si solo me había pasado a mí, y cuál ha sido mi sorpresa al ver que es vuestro modus operandi habitual. Vamos, que estáis estafando a los clientes, lo cual es muy grave. Es por esto que pido que me devolváis el dinero inmediatamente, pues estoy hasta las narices de estafadores vía Internet. Si no solucionáis esta desagradable situación, no tendré más remedio que denunciaros a consumo con captura de pantalla de todas las quejas que estoy encontrando, que son muchas. Espero noticias. Gracias.
Ich bestelle gern bei Niche Beauty. Schon die Homepage ist schön und lädt zum Stöbern ein. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass ich die angebotene Produktauswahl schätze, bin ich auch nie enttäuscht worden. Leider warte ich seit 2 Wochen auf die Rückerstattung meines Geldes. Per Mail werde ich nur vetröstet. Sehr enttäuschend, ich werde niemals wieder bei Niche Beauty bestellen.

I ordered a couple of things from Niche including a perfume and the bottle came to me broken and the whole box smelled perfume. I talked to customer service and asked for the same perfume to be sent to me but they said that the best way to go is to get a refund and re-order the product, which sounds inconvenient as if I place a new order the bottle will come to me packaged in the same way as before and with the possibility to get damaged. But if they package it in a careful way it will arrive safe to its destination. They were also unaware of what Klarna payment is and I need to chase them up(I talked to 3 different agents so far) in order for me to get an update. I am still waiting to hear when the refund will be processed and how i can be sure that if I reorder the same product it won't get damaged on it's way here. I wish i didn't have to call on an international number and get charged for a mistake that i didn't make and get faster answers on my emails. Hopefully the issue will get splved soon.

Further to my last review in August, I noticed yesterday that Niche are continuing to inflate prices of the same products and then claim to offer discounts of 20%.
Tolle Brands unter einem Dach! Bisher hat immer alles reibungslos funktioniert, auch wenn mal ein Packerl nicht ankam wurde alles schnellstens in die Wege geleitet, der Kundenservice ist klasse! Nun bin ich bereits VIP Member und bin sehr gespannt was mich erwartet.
Gute Auswahl und gute Angebote. Wer Nischenprodukte sucht, ist hier richtig.

Would not recommend this company at all. I placed an order on September 8th and, due to the company not giving the courier my complete address, it never made it out of the shipment facility. Instead of apologising or trying in any way to rectify this issue that was entirely their fault, they have held onto my money for 6 weeks, allegedly until they receive the parcel. I can see in the tracking information that they have already received it, and yet they still have not refunded my money. Don't order with them - it's a waste of time.
