Habe bereits drei E-Mails geschrieben ohne Rückmeldung. Zwei mal angerufen und nur auf einen Rückruf vertröstet worden. Ich warte schon seit drei Wochen auf meine Erstattung obwohl bereits die automatisierte Mail eingegangen ist, dass diese veranlasst wurde. Ich werde diesen Shop zukünftig meiden, schade, da ich die Auswahl sehr schön fand und gerne mehr gekauft hätte. Allerdings ist mir das den Aufwand im Nachhinein nicht wert.

Leider warte ich seit 5 tagen auf meine Produkte. Ich habe den Kundenservice kontaktiert und man hat wie immer nur Ausreden die immer die gleichen sind. Es wurde nur ein Paketschein erstellt aber die Ware wird nicht auf den Versandweg gebracht. Also wenn ihr etwas kaufen wollt um es zu verschenken z.B. an Weihnachten, solltet ihr es hier schon im Sommer kaufen damit es dann pünktlich da ist, wegen dem HOHEN BESTELLAUFKOMMEN!

Upd. I received an email today from nichebeauty, and I replied with another personal e-mail( or*ettipelo*etti) to be more secure. We are also had a conversation with a DHL service yesterday and we asked to open a practice of missed item. Which is still pending meanwhile I sent all photos requested by Nina. I am asking for immediate refund otherwise in week I will go to postal police. 250 euros for 3 samples!!!!(thats all I received!!!) I sent the photos to Nina Peterson the same day I received the assistance email. Since there, no more answer. I am asking u to contact me immediately to the: “ matildalyssa\At\yandex\com” and finally take a look at the pictures of a box, and the only several samples I received. My husband has 13 th of November his jubilee and I had to look up for a new present instead of that one I ve correctly payed and never received!!!!
My last order from 2.10.2024. was sent to wrong adress by their mistake. I have never received this order and I have been sending emails to Customer service for weeks now. They are very slow with replies and didn't appologise even I have proof that this is their mistake. I demanded my money back, they just sent my mail to different department. Now I claimed this at Pay Pal and hope that it will be resolved. Poor service!
