Easy to switch, made seriously massive savings over EDF and Ovo (we're talking nearly £550 a year!). Their representative Liyam (yep that's the right spelling) was efficient, really friendly and fun to chat to. He made the whole process of gathering information, comparing process and switching ultra easy. Highly recommended and no leaving charges should I decide to switch in the future. Give them a try!
Damian was very persuasive. i don't usually sign up to cold callers but he convinced me he was genuine but after reading some of the reviews i'm not sure that i have done the right thing. Time will tell.
Neo have failed to send us a statement of our energy account requested 7 days ago by email. My uncle signed up to Neo Energy in April and has so far received 2 invoices for exactly £170.70. This amount has been taken from his account and we still do not why or have a copy of the invoice. I have called Neo Customer Services at least once a week since receiving the 1st invoice on the 13th April and no one on the front desk has been able to explain or help. The answer is that the information will be passed to the support team but no one ever calls back. To make matters worse thr customer suffers from severe epilepsy and stressful situations like this usually trigger a fit. Text from unauthorised invoice and money has been fully taken: Neo Energy Limited is charging you £xxx.xx for Invoice xxxx Please contact customer to resolve ASAP. Update (17/05/2021): Another invoice has been raised and the same amount of £170.70 has been taken from my uncles bank account. We still do not why or what these invoices are for! I've found out contacting Euston Energy might help us make some progress. 28/05/2021 : No progress. No communication and uncle is currently in the neurology ward at Preston A&E! Probably caused by this stress brought on from Neo Energy who haven't done a thing to help! AVOID THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT CARE AND CONTINUE TO CREATE INVALID INVOICES TO CUSTOMERS THAT CANNOT DEFEND THEMSELVES. £177 A MONTH FOR A 1 BEDROOM FLAT WHILST IN HOSPITAL BECAUSE OF STRESS FROM THIS SITUATION!

Very efficient signing up with Liyam. Very friendly and helpful.This Company only has a low variable rate, which is a shame. Would be brilliant if they did a fixed rate too. But I’m going to give the variable rate a go. Also I have two properties and was given a slightly different rate for the other property so there isn’t just one rate! But seems to be down to usage.
Wow its like being handed free money back! As someone who knows the gas and electric world like the back of my hand, I genuinely thought I was on the cheapest deal going. I was contacted a few weeks ago by Rhys who works on behalf of Neo. The unit rates were THE cheapest I have heard in YEARS! After about 30 mins of asking every question under the sun, I switched, I got my welcome pack almost immediately and sure enough in black and white, as promised was confirmation of a new tariff and direct debit that will save me over 300 a year on my consumption Amazing companies, well done to the directors and to the staff that reach out to people who are over paying and dont even realize, you are a credit to the industry Not many you can say that about these days, keep these brill rates coming!
Having a terrible time getting in touch neon when you ring customer services say someone will get back to you but it seems to take AGEAS I did manage to get in touch Liam was fantastic brilliant guy sorted everything out for me and put right what neon had got wrong in the first place which is a shame that he had to go to that trouble with me add neon easy one that deserves to five stars been more efficient then Liam wouldn't have had to be so brilliant which he actually was thank God for the Liam's in this world Liam the one that deserves the five star

I registered for a gas & electricity supply quote from Neo Energy last night & 12 hours later Sandy from Neo Energy called. I was a bit taken unawares by the contact but Sandy was patient enough with me to progress the call. She ran through the outline details I submitted online (DOB, annual consumption etc) then told me what Neo tariff was & the annual cost based on my suggested annual consumption. I took cold feet at giving bank details over the phone so Sandy sent me the Neo sign up form for me to complete & return whilst on the call. After that was returned I was told I should get an e-mail in next few days & Neo aimed to complete switch in 21 days or thereabouts. So I started out asking for a quote & ended up signing up to a switch which I had already been considering. There was an element of let's get this done & I did rein Sandy in to check a number of things during the call, but was willing to give them a go. I had previously read other reviews here & elsewhere about Neo Energy so we'll see if their cheap rates prove to be costly in the long run, but no one in the UK is even close to their unit costs in May 2021. Clearly trying to attract a bigger customer base but have the stated intention of being the cheapest in the market so I'll take it for as long as it remains so.

I gave Neo a 5 star review before but have had to revise it because they messed up badly. Rather than transfer my gas, which was completely clear in my instructions, they set up a transfer of my electricity. This will all now need to be undone and corrected.
