Attended the 3a3b course in Durham, and the experience was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I arrived, the lead trainer, Kevin Blakey, created a hostile and unprofessional environment. When I politely asked to borrow a pen, simply using the word “mate” as I didn’t yet know his name, his response was, “I’m not your fing mate, it’s Kevin to you.”* This set the tone for the entire course, where he and his female colleague consistently belittled and singled out attendees rather than providing constructive training. During the practical session, Kevin’s approach was more about humiliation than education, and his colleague would say one thing, then attempt to embarrass people when they followed her instructions incorrectly. The lack of professionalism and basic respect was shocking. I left feeling abused and disrespected—this is not how any training course should be conducted. If you’re looking for a supportive and professional training experience, I’d strongly advise avoiding this company.

Just opened an account and had a machine delivered early this morning. It does not work. There is a fault code and an engineer cannot attend until mid afternoon. We have two operatives who cannot work and meet their deadline to complete. This means they will now not get to see their families this weekend. Very dissapointed with being sent a faulty machine

Your instructor did an amazing job with delivering new IPAF content however I feel it would be a task for for this delivery to completed to a new group with little machinery experience, as the theory and for all the MEWP 1b 3a 3b plus the practical would probably better as multiple day program , as an existing fork lift operator/ multi skilled operator tradesman this was a challenge to complete otherwise. But brilliant instruction all the same.
