I hope someone from your company sees this. Your staff are bullies. My friend who works for you has been humiliated daily. Singled out from the group and made to feel awful. You need to sort your staff out and talk to every single one and mental health awareness and what bullying can do to a person. Your lorry drivers need serious words. They’re making someone so miserable and low for nothing!!

Having not been able to get the right machine from our normal hire company, I set out looking on google and came across Nationwide Platforms. A quick phone call and they had the exact machine we were after. Within 24 hours we had an account open and the machine booked in. We also found out that they provided training and have regular spaces available so as one of our operative's licence was due to expire we got him on a course the following week and the feedback from our guy whom attended was superb. We hired the machine for a 6 week period and from start to finish the process has been great. Everyone I have had to deal with have been so polite and helpful making our dealing with them seamless. As a company we will definitely be using them going forward for all our relevant machines and training purposes.

Booked cherry picker 7 days before start of job to be deliverd early,after loads of calls it arrived at 12 oclock,lost half a day. on morning i off hired it and took a photo of diesal tank which i had filled up. on getting invoice for hire i was charged for 27 ltrs of fuel. after complaining and sending pictures of fuel tank they decided to reemburse me for cost of fuel. makes you wonder who took the fuel was it the guy who collected machine ,whoever it looks like theft or fraud i wonder how many others have been ripped off.

Training @Dundee Attending only if like like the like gestapo methodology. Unprofessional, poor quality, got a feeling that I’m receiving orders instead of communicating with the instructor. Pathetic

Dreadful equipment and dreadful customer service. MEWP worked for 3 hours then became faulty. They sent an engineer who said it couldn’t be fixed. Then called and said it was fixed. Paid again for contractors to do the job and arrived and it was faulty again. I incurred a massive loss on my job and they didn’t care one bit. Customer service fob you off and you have to keep calling for a resolution. I would 100% avoid this company and protect the reputation of your brand.

Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in 30 years of business. From the machine arriving late and then being the wrong one meaning we couldn’t complete our work to the structure behind the scenes trying to put things right. (There isn’t one) I would 100% never go near these guys again for anything

How can this company behave so disgustingly. Had a hire agreement, insured their machine, and the working day before it was due they cancelled it! Unbelieveable. And wouldnt return emails. Beware and Avoid this shower.

We have used this company 3 times, with something going wrong each time. The last time we made a booking for an access machine, confirmed the booking and assumed that it would arrive when they said it would. As the timing was crucial we were happy to pay extra so that the equipment would be delivered on time, and removed from the client premises straight afterwards. We sent an engineer on a 400 mile round trip to collect our equipment from a clients roof, only to find that the machine hadn't been delivered and thus had no way to access the roof. When we contacted them to find out where it was we were told that they had cancelled it due to an admin error. Very poor service ensued and a request for a call from the head of customer service has been ignored. If you need to book equipment for a specific date, don't bother with this company, they can't seem to organise themselves at all, and if anything goes wrong they appear to be very sorry, but can't do anything to rectify the situation. We looked ridiculous in front of our client, and spent over £1000 not to be able to do the job because of their incompetence. We were offered a 'great rate' if we used them again, but after the catalogue of disasters we have had to endure using them I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
