Stuart is a top instructor. Course is laid back but professional and when doing the practical he talked the group through what was expected of on the test. The courses can sometimes drag on but the day went quickly.
Stuart. What a man. This was an amazing experience, throughout my knowledge was tested. I was lucky to have been paired with such an amazing group of individuals. I feel as if I will take this knowledge with me far and wide. The training centre was amazing too. Stuart was very informative and has real world experience of these common mistakes/ aspects of the course. Most training courses can feel as if they prolong the day, this course however, combined with Stuart’s excellence, have provided for an exquisite afternoon of knowledge and training. Thank you again.
Issues with them all the time. We were sent a MEWP that was broken (hadn't bothered to inspect it first despite signing it off as safe!) They double invoiced, took ages to sort it out. And now yet another issue that nobody bothers to reply to or take seriously. We had a 2 day job for an important client and Nationwide left the machine on site for over a month! Client complained regularly and I called nationwide repeatedly about this - they kept saying someone would call me back, but nobody did. The diesel from the machine was siphoned out by a thief - This would never have happened if it was picked up in a timely manner. Now they've invoiced us for the diesel too and will not deal with any feedback or complaints. One of the worst hire companies we've used - will not use again.
