It was easy and simple
I do wish to compliment the outstanding service by the latest representative who helped. He informed me that the prior unused paid months of a total approximately $119 could be refunded to my card. I believe now that that commitment has been rescinded. I sure hope not as that would certainly dampen my future use of this service and to recommend it to my students. I'm not sure how to update this review constructively as I was not refunded the sum that the representative said I would receive. This is the only disappointment I have.

I only went on to this website for help with my cover letter and paid $2.95 which I believe is a great price but instead the website later charged me $27 for an ongoing service I never signed up for 14 days later. This is very a very shady practice. Had I not checked this charge would have continued forever. The representative also refused to refund the entire $27 as they called it pro-rated.
Very helpful attracting companies to hire you
The cancellation process was a disaster. I had to tell the person I spoke to five times I wasn’t interested any longer. I don’t appreciate what I had to go through. I will not recommend your company to anyone.
