Great for helping get a cover letter perfected. Didn't need it consistently. Did not know about the extra services provided so cannot attest to whether or not they were beneficial. When I tried to cancel, I did encounter one rude CSR however, when I called back the representative that I received more than made up for the previous and did everything possible to make up for my prior experience. Everything was handled as needed and I will definitely return if I need to update my cover letter or decide to try the extra services provided.

This was a great experience that was very east to imput my information to receive the best work.

I did not realize that I had to cancel the trial subscription. Totally my fault. The customer service rep explained and canceled my account. He made me not feel so bad for my on mistake.

It is very expensive. You don’t even get to keep the cover letter if you stop paying.

They charged me $35 and when I emailed them I only got half of my money back, even though I never even used the service, because it’s garbage. Anyone can use ChatGPT to do this stuff for free.

I have used this site twice. Both times were very easy to navigate and complete the task. Immediately the document was ready to email/ print.
