I have tried for 5 months to cancel this subscription, they claim they can not find my account even though i am signed in and can give them all of the information. Your web site was very easy to use. I did change the body of the cover letter to make it more personal. It was very clear that it was a 14 day trial period and that I would be charged $22 after the trial period. I love how it was not in small print and that I did not have to search for the trial terms.
