Billy No Mates is fantastic, it lasts a long time too, we bought a second lot after running out and needed a new supply fast and it arrived in no time, we were very impressed with the speed of the delivery, packaging excellent too. We have already purchased the Skinny Spray and the Neem Ointment from an earlier purchase and found it to be excellent, we holiday in Exmoor twice a year for a fortnight and Exmoor is a place rife with ticks - last time we did not find one!

A friend recommended this website - she has a boxer that does have skin issues. Fortunately my golden retriever doesn't but I am a great believer in trying a vegetarian substitute when possible. I ordered severel items to try, and the sweet potato went down a treat. I am looking forward to his reaction to the other chews and biscuits I ordered. Now I am off to order some vegetarian pigs ears [if that makes sense!]

I ordered a number of items from the My Itchy Dog website. It was really easy, and they'd arrived within a couple of days. I can't fault the service- I like the fact I can store my details to save extra typing at check out, and using PayPal as I don't always have my card to hand.

This website addresses a problem I think many dog owners will have experienced at some time. It offers well written common sense advice, information and some helpful products which I found to be priced very reasonably. I cannot comment on the products yet as I have only just started using them but I note other people in the web community have found them to be effective.

My Russell (Rolls) was literally tearing his hair leaving his skin broken and sore. As soon as it started to heal it would itch and he would start pulling at it again. On a friend's recommendation I bought Ekoneem from My Itchy Dog and this has broken the cycle because it soothed his skin and the smell puts him off licking at it. It arrived very quickly and I started using it on him straight away. After only a few days his skin already looks loads better and he is a happier boy. Since buying it another friend told me her family use it on their dogs too and recommend it and so do I.

I normally purchase 'Billy No Mates' directly from the CSJ website, but I left it a bit late and needed the herbs to be delivered within the next few days. For some reason it takes CSJ one week to deliver, but their delivery is free. On this occasion I had to pay a delivery charge but the herbs did arrive promptly.

Website easy to use and comprehensive, order delivered on time with not too much unnecessary packaging. When I emailed a question I received the answer within a couple of hours and on my initial order I had to phone the company, phone answered quickly and efficiently and my order taken over the phone. Because of this I ordered several items a week later. Will definitely be ordering again when I need to restock.

No more itchy dog.

I have been highly recommended the Bundle BNM and VX100 by a dog owning friend. The products arrived in a couple of days no problem but when I opened the package the VX 100 was labelled very informatively but the Billy No Mates tub had no labeling on whatsoever. Maybe a Friday batch.! The customer service when inquiring at the office number, was very helpful and apologised for the oversight and I was duly told how many scoops to use in my dog's food. I await to see if the product works having reviewed the chemical programme that I have been using in the past on all my dogs.

Quick delivery which was excellent. However, unfortunately one of the containers of Billy No Mates was broken and some of the contents had spilled out into the box and from the box. Better packaging might be a good idea to prevent this from happening.
