Parcel only arrived today - that's not bad at all as we are not in UK. Not had a chance to dry it. The ointment doesn't smell too bad at all.

So glad I found this website, and the natural treats etc...it provides, so welcome in the mine field of stuff available for dogs today. Excellent service and quick delivery, and so helpful about putting two orders together, I will be back !!!

I had a present today in the post. I wasn't expecting it, but obviously mum was, even though she was surprised and said 'Didn't think that would be here yet'. Now I don't understand what she meant as I can only understand 'sit' 'stay' and 'down'. But anyway, inside a bag, which she wouldn't let me have, was my favourite treat 2 (yes 2, but mum didn't think I'd seen both) stag horns! Well I was so excited and then mum made me sit down quietly before giving me one while she watched 'in peace' something on that box with moving pictures. All I have to do know is hide the one I have (because I have never managed to get through a whole one for months), look at mum with my 'sad' eyes and she'll give me both............sorted!!

I bought my dogs a spray fro going to the parks in summer it really works as i bought it last year and my big golden retriever was great with it no scratching or scabby skin or flaky skin with it so brushing him is great with it and now i use it on my 18 month old Cocker Spaniel who is into everything that moves over the parks so it is helping him as well as they still get the one spot on them also but i still love the spray for mites, ticks, fleas or flies

Fabulous range of products, good communication & speedy delivery. This site needs more publicity as I only found it by accident. Lots of useful information & so lovely to be able to help my dog without filling him full of harmful chemicals.

My dog, Bartók had a really bad reaction to a well know vet prescribed spot on treatment for fleas. Constant scratching and loads of hair loss. After rubbish advice from my vet to try the same treatment again to make sure it was an allergy to the product I decided to ignore her and go holistic. I tried my itchy dog products; billy no mates and skinny spray. Within about a fortnight my hound had made massive amount of progress. 3 months on he has great looking coat and doesn't scratch any more. I have now gone completely holistic and do not use any prescribed chemical treatments for fleas or worming. Just my itchy dog products. Great! Highly recommended.

I would recommend the skinny dip shampoo, I use on my dogs as it does not leave their skin dry, it makes the coat soft, and smells nice.

I have a dog with extreme food allergies, no grains or gluten etc. It is difficult to find treats to give him. We tried soopapet sweet potatoe chews. The dog loves them and no tummy troubles. Bonus. Give them a try!

My dog has allergies and loves the mini toothbrush chews which are a natural treat causing no ill effects.. I have found this size treat almost impossible to find, then I discovered myitchydog site. It was easy to order and the treats were delivered in quick time.The communication is excellent and I would recommend this site to others.

My itchy dog is an organisation who really do want to help with any problem you have with (in my case) your dog. Kate almost takes my situation personally in trying to find the best solution for me and of course Snowy. The products I have used to date are Yumega Plus, Skinny Dip Shampoo and Spay and Billy No Mates Tincture. The tincture is yet to take effect, 6weeks, but the other products are top quality, natural and can only do good. Snowy has a dust mite problem bu wih preventative measures as purchased above imam hoping to manage the situation. I have had a few comments on how lovely her coat looks, of course I say all down to My Itchy Dog!

The ordering process was easy, but unfortunately one item sent in the parcel was an incorrect item. I contacted the company by email to tell them about the mistake which was answered quickly indicating that the warehouse would contact me to arrange delivery of the correct item & arrange return of the wrong one. I was initially disappointed but have been contacted. The same mix up has happened previously and was rectified really quickly so I have confidence that the item will arrive. I would definitely recommend the company to friends.

An excellent website with a great range of organic dog treats at very reasonable prices. I am so glad I discovered myitchydog and so is my dog! It is clear they genuinely love dogs which is re-assuring in an industry where the animals are unfortunately regularly the least concern. The personal touch with professionalism.

My Itchy Dog have a great site for natural flea and worm treatments for your dog. Last year I found out from an e-mail they sent, about a company that does a worm count screening of your dog's poop in a lab, at a very reasonable price compared to the Vets, you can order a worm count pack on-line. So I went ahead and did that for both my dogs and then started them on Verm-X natural parasite control, which you can buy at My Itchy Dog. I get my Billy no-Mates natural flea and mite treatment from My Itchy Dog too,it's fantastic no need for chemical treatments. They will also e-mail very useful information about things you may need to know with regard to dog health. I found out a couple of months ago from their site, that coconut is beneficial to dogs and safe for them to have. So I am also going to order some Soopapet coconut dog treats, that help to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Talking of healthy teeth and gums my dogs love the vegetable tooth brush chews, I buy the small ones for Diego and Myrtle.They also offer a very healthy selection of dog treats too. I must say that their staff are very helpful when you call, last year one of the ladies I spoke to gave me a very helpful tip. I recon you should check out their site for yourself you won't be disappointed.

I bought several treats from My Itchy Dog as my dog was recently diagnosed with a severe heart condition and I'm trying to feed him as little additives/salt as possible. I really like the range of treats and find the products fair in price. He especially loved the veal shanks from NZ. So in short - I would probably buy again, but not for a while as for a small parcel of 5 products, I had to pay nearly £11 in shipping to Ireland and that's very expensive. So even if you could halve the shipping, I would order more frequently. Thanks for selling such great products though....
