A friend recommended this website, which I placed an order. When it arrived one of the items had leaked badly and I lost half the liquid. I phoned the company straight away to explain what had happened and rest assured there was no quibble as they promised to send a replacement which I got a couple of days later. Very impressed with service andproducts.

Have only just received order so can't comment on products. However, service was super and I will use this company again I am sure.

The website has a very good range of products. The outstanding feature is the amount of information about how to choose and to use them. The pricing seems honest compared to other sources - as they say, nothing is "free" and I think supporting a small business is a good thing.

I've used Frontline on my dogs for a number of years and never thought anything of it until we rehomed a stray suffering from mites. The poor thing was raw from scratching constantly and had lost her hair in several patches. I gave her Frontline at first but it wasn't working in the same way as it does on my other dogs so started asking around friends and family - this is when I first saw your product. I was sceptical at first but the results speak for themselves - the infestation cleared within days and within a couple of weeks she was well on the road to recovery. Her skin is healthy and she is so much happier in herself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your product to friends and family, in fact I'd positively insist they try it before anything else!

Our little dog was diagnosed with allergies most likely caused by food. Following a vet recommended few weeks of a chicken and rice diet we switched him to a hypoallergenic food but needed some nice treats for him. What a super selection on this site, great service and quick delivery. He is one happy little chappy.

I find the service of this company excellent and would have given them five stars but it is too soon to say how well the product is working. Both dogs still get the odd tick but then the area where I live is a tick haven. Having said that I haven't seen a flea yet but would be able to give a better comment at the end of the summer.

All arrived in good time and well packaged. Dog likes Billy No Mates on her food but only time will tell if it works on the fleas

Thank you for the great products, which I received much quicker than I anticipated. I appreciate the fact that you do a large Billy No Mates tub also. This will save us money, especially now we are coming into flea season.

Very impressive products and delivered super quick as promised. The dogs love the biscuits and it's great to be able to feed your dog preventative food that will protect them against ticks, fleas etc. The dogs don't seem to mind the Billy No Mates herbal tincture on their food. I will be ordering more. I spread the word on my Facebook as I hate to think how people are conned into tipping chemicals on their dogs. You can't even get dog insurance if they're not vaccinated so on top of the this, dogs do not need dangerous chemicals to rid them of ticks etc.

My dog had sore patches probably caused by mites. I read the site and decided to order neem soap and the neem and coconut lotion. The products brought immediate relief.

Have a Vizsla with dermodex mange and hate the chemical filled products the vets keep prescribing, as does our pup and my wallet! A few days in using skinny shampoo, cream and spray and adding Billy no mates to his diet he's scratching so much less and hair loss seems to have improved. He also smells great and seems to love the taste of Billy no mates.. Wish I'd tried it sooner!

I ordered BillyNoMates for my pup but got an email to say the product is temporarily out of stock and still has not been dispatched. I would have liked the web page to have been uptodate re stock availability as there are alternative suppliers. I needed the product urgently and feel let down. The email explaining the situation was helpful.
