I needed a dog shampoo - obviously for the dog. I ordered it from the Itchy dog company: ordering was easy and it was delivered within two days - fab.

Delivery was really quick and the product is even better thanI expected. Only downside is that it asks where parcel can be left if you're not in. I put neighbour or letterbox (and this is only reason I actually placed order as I work full time) but came home to a card from Royal Mail telling me I had to go to sorting office as a signature is required. Why ask where it can be left then?!? It was 3 days before I was able to collect. But I have used it and so far am very happy with it.

I am Daisy a 2 year old West Highland Terrier. I have had problems with itchy skin, insect bites, and fleas. My mum tried everything and I was getting rather up with treatments which didn't work. Then mum found My Itchy Dog on the web. After speaking to a wonderful lady and explaining everything, my mum bought the recommended products. CSJ Skinny Dip, Neem Oil and Yumega Plus. I have had a bath in the skinny dip and its wonderful really takes away the itch, and I really like having a Neem oil massage which really soothes my sores. Mum has put the Yumega in my food and I cant tell its there. My coat is really white, my brown patches were I nibbled and licked are going away. My Itchy Dog is brilliant, all dog owners should go there.

I order from this company because I like their products. Twice now I have had problems with delivery. This last order was given on September 23rd. It is now October 1st and I have still not received it.

Brilliant to find a possible herbal remedy for heart/lung worm delivered to France and a spray to ward off those pesky ticks. The site is easy to order from but a bit of a problem finding it in the first place!! I use CSJ food products from a local distributor but can't order individual items from the CSJ site- so perhaps a link could be made to their site for future browsers???? Definitely be using Myitchydog again to re-order. :)

Phoned this company up asking quite a few questions and they were Superb. Will continue using myitchydog.co.uk. They were very helpful and the Service is Excellent.No Reservations, I would Recommend this company to anyone. Thank you.

I find it surprising that I am to review products that I have not yet received. The email dated 25/9/14 stated that they have been dispatched but to date 29/9/14 these items have not been delivered by Royal Mail , which does not actually surprise me. I have contacted th. Umber given on the website and was advised by a very courteous lady that I had to allow 5 working days. 1/10/14 still no sign of this package and the dog is still itching! Should have just gone to the vets!

Well explained easy site to use, first time ordering 'alternative' remedies for my dog and easy to find right products. Fast delivery and prices seemed good value. Not used actual product yet but reviews on the site were good, which is why I ordered from them.

Everything I needed to support my dogs health was available from herbal flee and tick plus worming to immune support for healthy itch free coat. My two labs have loved the antlers and have eaten their food with Billy no mates sprinkled on plus Atlantic seaweed without a second thought. Too early to tell if it helps but they enjoyed eating it all!

Having had a itchy dog for a while - red tummy, constant scratching, blackening of the skin, all despite the regular use of a noticeable flea treatment - the products seem to be working. It is certainly looking better after three days.

The billy no mates arrived really quickly and I like to give it to my dog as its natural and covers him for all the nasties, not just fleas. It's my 3rd tube and Simon eats the herb mixture on top of his food with no hesitation, I would definatley recommend the product and the company.

I bought the fish fingers for dogs from this company any it was easy to order, fast delivery and the Kate who runs the company is lovely. Oh and my dog loves them!!

My vet recommended Advocate to cure my dog's fleas as Frontline seems to be ineffective now in my area. However, I couldn't give it for two weeks due to clash with Milbemax, so needed a 'stop gap' fast. Read the Trustpilot reviews of MyItchyDog and ordered 'BillyNoMates' late Saturday - email told me it had been despatched Monday, and it arrived Wednesday. Smells gorgeous and my dog lapped it up. I couldn't be more pleased, but will give it a few weeks to get working anyway.

I have only just started using the product so can't say yet if it works or not but the customer service was brilliant. I sent an email question and got a reply back almost immediately. They even suggested a better product to the one I had already ordered and changed the order for me so I didn't have to go back to the website and start again. Have already recommended them to my friends.

I bought Ekoneem soap and Ekoneem oil for my itchy dogs who seemed to be itchin all the time and also had sore feet. I have used the oil every night on their feet for just over a week and have bathed them twice with the soap and they seem alot better i can tell the difference in them. One problem is you dont get instructions on how to use the products, Overall good stuff

First order delivered promptly have just started using products so cant comment on the Kelp powder but my boys love the grain free treats :O)

My Products arrived ok but it took a few days before they were even dispatched which was disappointing, dog's itching and i'm Itching while waiting. Amazon sells this stuff and its got to quicker with them. Sorry guys, Amazon set the standard and if your going to compete you have to get these things out quicker, or as least in the same time frame.
