Great service - treats arrived quickly. Only issue is the Deer Hide dog chew was 'covered' in hair.... it was gross. So although I didn't send it back and it does explain that there is hair on it on the website... we didnt expect that. Sorry it went straight in the bin. Venison ears and rice bones are a success.

Ordered three products and they arrived quickly and were packaged well. Cannot, at this stage, comment on the effectiveness of the products as I haven't used them, however, any alternative to harsh chemicals is worth a try! Good communication and efficient service,would use again
After searching the internet to find answers to my dog's problems, I have now found My Itchy Dog and at last feel confident in the knowledge I have answers at the touch of a button.
This is a useful company if your dog has a delicate digestive system, because very few companies sell wheat-free biscuits at a sensible price. I was looking for something safe to feed my Collie who is recovering from a bout of enteritis. He appears to enjoy the biscuits and so does my very elderly Sheltie. I shall keep some of these biscuits in stock on a permanent basis to use as treats.

jusr received merchandise speedy delivery. hope products live up to claimes. I have two dogs who romp in whatever nature throws at them and billy is allergic to spot ons so hoping the billy no mates works for my billy. will let you know . fingers crossed. cassie eats anything thats rotting and smelly she comes across so hope your verm x works fed up of vet bills for upset stomachs. again time will tell.

Have been using 'billy no mates' for over a year now for my two Labradors. They eat it with their dinner without hesitation and there has been so sign of ticks or fleas, so we are very pleased with this product. This company communicates well and delivers products promptly.

The products I buy are natural and good quality 100% UK sourced as I only want the best for my puppy. She loves the venison ears and rabbit ears and Feelwells 100% meat products - venison sticks and chicken strips. There is an issue with supply of the puffed rabbits ears presenrtly so at the moment only the normal ones are available. Kate was quick to respond to my query and refunded me immediately. Definitely recommend My Itchy Dog.
iv just put in on sasha who as yeast on her skin early day but she is not licking her skin now look like it,s working hope so it will save me a lot of money
The products for natural worming and flea prevention for dogs are great, but I'm disappointed with the high delivery charge to Ireland.
I've been struggling with poorly itchy very sore ears on my jack Russell for a year trying all treatments including vet visits, I discovered itchy dog web site and thought I'd give it a go, the seaweed additive cured her ears within days, thankyou so much she really was miserable and I now have a very happy little dog
The product arrived in a couple of days on Royal Mail 48 so without paying for the expensive express shipping, could not ask for more. My dog has skin affected by harvest mites which is notoriously hard to deal with. The shampoo with neem oil is the only treatment I've found which soothes her skin. It's not cheap but it worth the premium for a natural product which actually works.
