Never had a problem until this year. Shipment has been stopped and is held back by UK customs for several weeks now. No update from anywhere, don't know what's going on. Purchase has been refunded straight away, but I still don't the cleaner I need. Dear seller, you have to make sure, your paperwork is correct when shipping to UK!
