Excelent service, fast and serious. Product is good but not the best.
I don’t know what kind of service M G Remover . My second order was having issues again and again. They only noticed something when I informed them. First answer was problem with the tracking number and it got delay follow by the whole package went missing and resend it again which I waited another week to get the order . I missed the promotion because they make a mistake selling me with the wrong amount which is disappointing follow by above issues (wrong track no and lost the packing ) what’s up customer service get even more laughable. Middle of conversation and it went disappear and after all that drama I didn’t even get an apology . I never experienced such poorly irresponsible customer service .

Ordered 15th June 2021, still no delivery one month later and total silence from the company in spite of 2 messages to check on what the problem might be. Really poor service on this occasion despite having had good experience before. I read elsewhere that customs might be causing a delay, but it shouldn't be up to me to work that out.

This product works as expected and deliveries are swift. How ever not a single one of the discount coupon codes I´ve received has worked. At checkout the page always claims that the code is invalid. This is somewhat dissapointing.
