could no believe it... package arrived in Greece next day... everything perfect

Hello, my name is Guillermo, I am Spanish and I live in Argentina for work. When I made my order, by mistake, when paying with Apple Pay, the shipping address automatically jumped to Chile (where I had lived before). When I realized the error, I canceled the payment, placed another order with the correct address in Argentina and sent an email explaining it. Well the next day, I received an email that was activated, I replied again an email explaining my situation and a man (M.vr.Gr. Job van den Berg), with very bad manners and despite the numerous emails I wrote told me who put me on the blacklist and paid me back for the order from Argentina. Finally, I asked my housemate to make the order and again this man responded very badly politely (I can send him all the emails) that he was a scammer. I want to clarify that at all times I made my payments, I only made a mistake with the address that I tried to correct, but that this man did not understand or did not want to understand, returning my payments to me 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️. Now I have the order in Chile (which luckily a friend was able to pick up), but it is useless. Unfortunately my order was stopped at customs and didn’t arrive however multi gel provided a swift refund and swift action! No fault on there behalf.

Good product. A bit dodgy ordering to England though because the contents of the parcel are written all over the delivery label. My second order got stopped at customs, but they refunded me eventually. Maybe register a new company name that doesn’t refer to the product.

Everything perfect as always from MgR Team. Just UPS courier even single time came to deliver to my flat, he is directly dropping the box in punkt at 17.00.

Never received my item

Great product , previously delivered very fast to the UK. However I still have two outstanding items one is in customs since for 18 days. and the second is in the international Hub in the UK for 6 days and has not moved. I have emailed and sent a recent what’s app asking to have the first item resent as I was told this would happen . But I’ve yet to get a response . Can you help . Thanks
