Please do not buy from this site. I stupidly bought online without checking these reviews first. The site looked modern and was in the Google ad banner at the top. It even mentioned Covid-19 and their response to it. They took my money twice and now I am battling with my bank trying to recover funds. The transactions said that they were not complete but they took the funds. It is so sad that people are operating like this in these times.

Ordered 6 internal doors. Received an email telling me they would be delivered between 17th and 19 June. 3 doors arrived on 16th and the other 3 arrived on 18th June. Checked the doors were ok when they arrived as you only have 48 hours after delivery to be able to return any damaged/incorrect doors. All in excellent condition. Will definitely use them again.

Ordered my doors, expected delivery in 3-5 days that never arrived. I emailed to chase on day 8, and was told they’re out of stock. Had they informed me of this straight away, I could have ordered an alternative. The items are still showing as in stock on their website. I can’t get through on the phone, and they’re not responding to emails. No idea how or when I’ll get my refund. Covid-19 is not an excuse for atrocious customer service. I’d arranged for my doors fitting and have had to give back word. Don’t buy from this company!

Like lots of others Took my money for stock that didn’t exist now can’t get a refund Know it’s difficult times but this is completely unacceptable apparently premeditated sharp commercial practice Order number available 5days later still no contact. Don’t answer phone or emails If you haven’t done so already don’t part with any money. You will be chasing it for a long time Sad that they think they are the only ones having a tough time This warning goes for all companies trading under the DIY World Ltd umbrells

Do not order from this company!!!!!!! They happily take your money but haven't supplied the door, we've been chasing them for the past six weeks but they are impossible to contact and when they do answer they lie!!!

Fraudulent scammers - their website has a big banner across the top advising they're still open for business and delivery SLAs are unaffected (3-5 working days). They've taken our money and over two weeks later have delivered nothing and communicated no update. It is impossible to contact them as they do not answer the phone or respond to emails. When you use their live chat function, the bot advises that deliveries remain unaffected! Currently having to go through bank's dispute settlement process to try and reclaim our money. Terrible, terrible company. Avoid!

Ordered a door over a month ago, already paid for and still waiting for them to be delivered. I understood that due to covid19 there maybe a delay, however the door manufacturer are delivering and they confirmed my order had not been given to them. I have been calling Moda doors and received no response, neither by phone or email. The service is awful and it seems they have taken my cash without delivering the product. Steer clear and avoid ordering with this company!!!!! Unnecessary hassle and unreliable, and currently seem like a fraudulent company as I am not receiving any response regarding my order for the last 2 weeks.

Ordered 2 doors almost 3 weeks ago, I have tried emailing, phoning and web chat to get in touch with the company and I have had no luck at all, they state on the website they are not effected by Covid and still operating as normal clearly not. I have contacted my card company to make a claim for a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this company shocking scammers

Awful company - took my order and paid! Then received an email saying they can’t deliver. I simply asked for a refund -11 days and counting still haven’t received my money back yet!! I will have to get my credit card company to reclaim the money from them!!!

Never a again, worst communication with a company ever. Three weeks on still no door or refund at this point and I’ve managed one returned email out of my ten sent. Pay the extra and go else where you have been warned.

Need to sort out the courier firm they use. I ordered two doors over a month ago. Received a phone call next day from Moda to arrange delivery I thought great all going to plan. The day of delivery nothing tuned up so i phoned Moda. They said sorry the doors has been damaged by the courier in transit and need to be replaced (thanks for letting me know). I re arranged delivery for a week later with new doors. A week later same again doors never arrived and no explanation until I contacted them by phone. I now have ask for a refund to which i'm still waiting. So annoying don't use pay a bit more elsewhere and get it delivered on time and not damaged.

I was about to place the orders then thought i'd check the reviews -which seemed quite negative. I wasn't sure after reading the reviews but I placed the order anyway as I could always get a refund. I had no issues and was quite pleased. I placed the order on Mon and received 2 doors on Thurs. Far cheaper than anywhere else I found for the 2 Salerno doors. I did phone up once on Weds to ask about delivery as it says 3-5d and the guy I spoke to said they were already with the courier then gave me the number for delivery courier who when I phoned booked in for the Thurs. Arrived early morning ( a bit too early at 7.00am but that's the courier) and all sorted. I would definitely use again! A+

Disgraceful company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Missing parts, no refunds, just empty promises. Complete mess with the haulage company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Recently purchased 2 x LPD Internal Coventry Oak Glazed Door. I had to chase for delivery confirmation. They were delivered as per confirmed date. The doors were well packed and of a very high standard / quality. The finish of the doors are excellent and I coated them with a clear satin varnish to bring out the lovely oak finish. Slight rubbing down between coats and a perfect finished achieved. Really pleased with both doors.

Paid for 12 doors and only 11 doors were delivered. Driver from Gee Haulage said he had notified the office who would check warehouse. Moda finally responded to my query saying that as 12 doors had been signed for (and they clearly have a communication issue with their haulage company), they would not supply the missing door! Matter remains unresolved.

Absolutely Awful Company. Avoid this company. The worst I have dealt with throughout by 4 month building project. 1 Month Late - Doors were meant to arrive within 3-5 working days. They are now going to be a month late. I had no notice from the company and had to chase to find this out.Still waiting on the doors! Bad Customer Service - No response to any emails i sent. Telephone handlers were unhelpful, did not call back at any agreed times, and were unable to offer any compensation for delay.

Bought 3 Deanta Augusta doors with Moda. Saw the reviews and was concerned, mainly with delivery. Spoke to Callum, who was very helpful and reassuring. He let me know when they would be delivered and they arrived on time. Delivery man was excellent. Had a slight problem with one door and Callum arranged to have it replaced and it was in 2 days! I would without doubt use them again.

Awful. I ordered a door. Received usual confirmation of order and receipt. Had several updates confirming delivery time, including a text at 3pm on the Wednesday confirming 8-11am delivery slot on the following day, Thursday. Then 3.30pm the same Wednesday a further text message stated door was not in stock and no schedule for replacement. Appalling.
