Very poor service overall. No communication, blatant lies, very untrustworthy. Eventually got a refund after several attempts to find out where my order was as had joiner booked to fit the door. However, got the refund through Visa Debit claim back request as had no faith in them giving a refund. Appalling. Do not use 🤬

Very impressed with the doors that we purchased. The quality is amazing and they look stunning-solid and contemporary. I had a pleasant experience with Moda doors, despite negative reviews. I would recommend and use again, as they have quality products at competitive prices. Doors simply look amazing, thank you.

We bought some bevelled glass doors five years ago. Within the first year the kitchen door fell apart. The door is made of, what looks like, compressed cardboard and the glass (at least that's real) was held in by a framework held together with double sided tape. We contacted Moda who were very helpful and replaced it immediately, so a tick in that regard, but the second door was starting to fail about the same time and has now suffered the same fate. Certainly would not recommend them. The doors are presently being held together with bolts. At least the studs look nice!

The worst experience i've ever had. First they struggle to send the full order, then on top of it the customer service is terrible. Callum and Manager 1. My bathroom lock was missing from the first order which was meant to arrive in mid March. 2. They said they would send the missing lock when it became available. i agreed and said can I order another handle that can be sent together to avoid postage. They said yes but it would take 2-3 weeks and I agreed. 3.Today its 14th May and I still haven't received anything. So I called and they told me they have had my lock for 2 weeks but not the handle which is going to now arrive in June... HERE COMES THE DUMB PART......They won't send the lock from the missing order until they receive the handle as well so they dont have to pay for shipping twice. 4. A company with common sense would send the lock now as a courtesy and the handles when they arrive. However, they dont understand the fact that due to them delaying all my orders TWICE... they should be trying to make up for. They dont really care about the customer nor do they have any customer service skills. Dont buy from these clowns I strongly recommend not buying from here.

I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise that you order elsewhere. Ordered a door and frame online, to be told later that the frame was not in stock. I was told that the price of the frame would be refunded so that we could order elsewhere. After 2 weeks on speaking with the company I was advised by email that accounts would contact me regarding the email, no response was received. On phoning I was advised the refund hadn't even been issued and would take another 7 days. After repeatedly asking to speak with accounts,as I was disgusted at the treatment and wanted an explanation, the rude little man who seemed to be on a power trip who confirmed he was 'the highest person there' as the office manager, terminated the call, after telling me he would not allow me to speak with accounts. It appears that they had no intention of refunding my money until I had to demand the same.

Rubbish, Rang up to see if door in stock, they told me it was, so ordered door 2 days later they contacted me and said not in stock ??? Still waiting for refund after a week. AVOID

I am really surprised by the reviews. I ordered a door online last week and also spoke to their customer service, who was incredibly polite and helpful & told me the door was being dispatched the next day. Next day, I received a text to confirm delivery 3 days after. On the delivery day (today) i received a text to confirm and a number to call for exact time, which I called, a very friendly lady told me the time-slot. Door just delivered and is exactly what was described on the website, if not, better. Perhaps there was some issue with covid that caused a problem with their service & subsequent poor reviews, but i would recommend Moda Doors. Excellent service and product.

I ordered interior doors during the new year bank holiday. I received confirmation for the delivery date which was 3-4 working days. Items arrived in perfect condition in 3 days and delivered by very polite and helpful driver. After about all the negative reviews, I thought I made a big mistake. But never happened. I contacted the company for my order detail to make sure everything is OK, they replied and confirm all the details same day.

When I first placed my order with Moda doors/DIY world Ltd I thought I'd found a reasonably priced company which could supply me with the doors I wanted in good time despite covid,and they even stated that covid19 would not hinder delivery times etc. Anyway I placed the order and within 7 days it arrived but oh no, the doors were the wrong size the description was not clear on the sizes for the pair of French doors and so I emailed, Callam who almost instantly replied stating that I could return the doors for £52 . I decided to go for an exchange which would cost £50. I feel like if I explain all that proceeded after this that it'd be like an essay! So let me try and condense the story. chose new doors paid for new doors communication A1 at this point I even praised the great service then it was a huge up hill struggle from then on and remains as such. No response on phone,no response on emails,of which I sent lots of asking when I could expect a refund (£299.99 minus i guess £50) on the returned doors. Its been on going since the 4th Dec when the new doors were eventually delivered and returns collected. I had one response from Thom saying waiting for XL joinery to confirm return and QC checks then my refund will be processed,but still nothing. So like others who have had a terrible stressful experience with this company I'm having to try and get my money back from my credit card provider. These are hard times we are all living through so do not need extra headaches from cowboys like these. Realistic time scales should be given or better still just honest communication with customers. My anxiety levels have risen having to go through this process when it did not need to be this way. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Moda doors would you buy door from just salesman they use xl joinery my door fell to bits all joints opened up and they wouldn't honour there guarantee complete cowboys

Mode doors are complete rubbish all joints opened up on mine. After phoning them and sending photos they have voided my guarantee I have been a joiner many years dont use them

This company suck! 5 weeks after ordering and they couldn’t tell me where a bit of wood was? Order cancelled, and from what I gather we won’t be the last to tar and feather this company. Going to contact trading standards as this company com NOT continue to rip off honest customers.

I ordered a door from this company, which was delivery time of 3-5 days, when I chased this up after 10 days was told 15 days. When I complained my order was cancelled by this company. They will not give us our money back...we are pensioners, and £175.80 is a lot for us to lose. I am going to contact trading standards, whom will hopefully take action to stop this company trading... Update, now after over a week, e-mailing and phoning every day, I am pleased to say I have received a full refund...anyone else having problems, dont give up hope!

I ordered doors which were late arriving and the wrong size. I had to pay for the correct size doors first and would then be refunded. The correct size doors have not arrived the wrong ones have not been exchanged and they will not engage to sort out the problem. I had lost £175 but I fell for their offer to replace and now lost £350

Don't buy from these cowboys - you've been warned. My money was taken 3 weeks ago, still be doors, no communication - no answer to emails or phone, no refund.

I found the website to be professional and the price competitive, most importantly they had all of the doors I needed to order, 11 in all, I also ordered all of my door furniture. The website said delivery within 5 days, despite Covid. Weeks later and many many phone calls (I had to use the approach of using other people’s phones to call as they appear to be selective in relation to calls they answer resulting in days and days where they didn’t take calls nor respond to emails) I received 10 doors and my door furniture. I am still awaiting my refund for the bifold door they didn’t have in stock. I have chased and chased to no avail. On a positive note, the doors and furniture when they did arrive were great, no problems at all but I would never order from them again, it was so stressful. Luckily the joiner I was using was very flexible.

I was worried reading some of the reviews but I'm happy to report I received my doors and I am very happy with them. I had been quoted £300 more elsewhere for the same doors. I had no instructions on the day of delivery so contacted the showroom and spoke to Callum who said he would speak to the courier. I hadn't heard back so had to ring again. I received a email around lunch time saying my doors would be delivered between 12 and 2 and they were. They came well packaged on a pallet. I checked the doors and noticed a small amount of damage to one corner which my joiner said may be cut off. I reported this to Callum who is arranging a partial credit to compensate. Communication could be slightly better but can't fault the service, the price or the doors.
