Excellent customer service. I mistakenly provided an old delivery address which I no longer have access to. I simply emailed customer service and they made sure the warehouse team was aware of the issue. Within a few hours, they retrieved the package and sent it to my new address. I'd highly recommend them!

Product still says preparing to dispatch even though they have sent it. It has still not arrived. Communication is awful and cannot track on Royal Mail. Will not be ordering from them again.

20 minutes from order to delivery message. This sets a new record for my online shopping experience. Great. Only the huge box was a bit unnecessary for my cell phone case. But that can certainly be optimized.
