Bought from MegaMac *because* of the very high Trustpilot rating. And definitely worth it.

I ordered my NOMAD Atlantic Blue Band for my Apple Watch Ultra from MegaMac, and with them being a UK based supplier. I'm quite particular about choice of Watch Bands. I had the White Ocean Band originally, not my preferred choice of band but was what I could order at the time with the Watch for fastest delivery. I should have gone for the Midnight Ocean band, even though the style of those bands was not what I was wanting, and strap being short without extension. I'd have preferred a Sports Band from Apple but even at that time, couldn't find one I'd be entirely happy with. Also bought cheap bands from AliExpress, just to give them a go. So I was led to settling on the NOMAD Band which has been perfect and closest to anything I had been looking for.

I ordered a ssd on the 11/10, since then no shipping update , i sent several mail, whatsapp etc... no support Following the review above i had now updates about my order, which is all that i wanted, i received my SSD on the 31st of october, so 20 days after the initial order, the item was not in stock... The SSD is working fine, customer service call me again, and apologize again about the slow delivery.

Discovered Megamac just over a year ago; by accident. What a find! It’s now my go-to place for anything Apple, iPhone and Nomad and other quality brands. I’ve just come back and got a new Nomad case for my iPhone 15 Pro. Interestingly, whilst Megamac had a good range of stock (immediately available as well as to pre-order) I did a quick look-around to check out the competition: and they had none. Anyway, I placed the order and lo-an-behold the case arrived, double-quick within a couple of days - ahead of time. I will also say that in the event you have any issue: this business has real people who very quickly reply by telephone and/or email. I had a minor manufacturing issue with a previous item and the Megamac fairy had it fixed almost instantaneously. If you’re after a great range of quality accessories at great prices coupled with tremendous after-sales service: you really can’t get better than here. Highly recommend.

Megamac has a great customer service, Patrycja's directions were very useful and helped me to return a faulty battery and get a replacement one. I have purchased at Megamac in other occasions and they never dissapoint. Many thanks.

Quick delivery, product as described and a short help video explaining that the mechanism for attaching the particular watchstrap ordered was different from Apple's standard.
