Amazing customer service delivered by real humans. I ordered an OWC HDD enclosure but (stupidly) didn't realise it was on back order. I phoned one of the customer care agents who immediately located my order and could reassure me that new stock would be arriving shortly. I was then kept up to date via email every step of the way until my item arrived shortly afterwards. Bravo.

Excellent customer service, products and pricing. I purchased a 3.5" hard drive enclosure, & was not happy with the performance (my own choice, not due to quality of the product), so bought an NVME enclosure. Megamac agreed to take back the first purchase, sent me a pre-paid Royal Mail barcode to send from my local depot, and then refunded me the full amount. NVME is flying!

Similar experience to other customers. I ordered a product which I'd been waiting for for a while. Megamac appeared to be the only UK retailer. After ordering, it turned out they were having stock issues due to supplier shortages. Whilst annoying, it didn't really affect me on this occasion fortunately. Megamac did a very good job of keeping me regularly updated with the process. I didn't have to check in with themL they always updated me. And eventually it did turn up. I ordered a product that I knew was having supply issues at the manufacturer's level, due to chip shortages. The team at Megamac reached out to me directly to keep me in the loop about the order status and chased the manufacturer directly for updates. I contacted their live chat to get some more info, and Josephine arranged a great deal for me. I was offered free next day delivery which was great - unfortunately Royal Mail sent my parcel to the wrong sorting office, so it took an extra day to get here. It's arrived today, and it works brilliantly.

ive used Megamac for most of my Tech needs from RAM upgrades to iPhone products. most of my items come from their suppliers in the states and its clearly sometimes difficult to source but Megamac always come through even if its on back order they let you know and try to get it to you asap (only even had to wait a week or less). great customer service. I highly recommend using this company.
