Excellent customer care, advising throughout when my order would be processed. There was a slight unforeseen delay as my product was not in the uk. It arrived faster than I thought, so I received it well. I am very satisfied with the quality, design, color, texture, finish, and other details. Thank you for sending me a good product. However, I don't know if it's because it's a newly produced product, but both the product and the dust bag smell like urine. I've been taking the smell out of shady, cool, and well-ventilated places for about two weeks, but the smell hasn't gone away yet. I haven't been able to use it yet because of the smell. Is it the smell of leather dyeing? How can I get rid of the smell?

I am pleased with the Barolo document case. It gives me a nice carrying option on those days when I’m travelling light. Speaking of weight, this piece is heavier than I expected, in part due to the thick leather used for the internal dividers as well as the outer shell. The colour is slightly darker than shown on the website, and the attachment points for the included shoulder strap are also different. The quality and finish of materials are very good, and I will certainly consider some of the other Maxwell Scott offerings.
Great customer service, was informed of a delay as item not in UK stock and had to obtain goods from supplier in Italy. All in all an excellent experience and quality product (wallet) that met all expectations.
Really liked the Briefcase. Very well made and excellent design. My only dislike was the Shoulder Strap. I would like to see the leather to be slightly more substantial. It is too light.
