I purchased a leather key ring for my nephews 18th at short notice, I was informed by Sam(senior customer care exec) this was not going to arrive in time from Italy but he offered a gift letter to present on the day. The letter arrived and was perfect. When the gift arrived it exceeded my expectations, well presented, beautiful with real quality,I had it embossed which looked great, my nephew loved it.

This was a great experience. I wanted something really nice for a very special 21st birthday. I chatted a couple of times with Maxwell Scott before placing an order to get the specification just right. I was kept informed by customer service who were really helpful throughout the process. Lack of transparency on delivery time. When i ordered online, it clearly said 4-7 delivery with FedEx. Then one of their agents told me that it would take 11 days to get to their UK warehouse from Italy and then additional time to me in Canada. All this was NOT revealed at the time of purchase, and so the items got to me TOO late to serve as a gift. The agent ridiculously tried to placate me with photos of the items and said i could give the photos as a gift. Insensitive and disrespectful. Also, upper management did nothing. This was an order of over $1,000 for two items. They could at least have given me some kind of discount. Will never buy from them again because of their duplicity and lack of care
