Ein defekter Verschluss - ärgerlich aber kann passieren. Am Sonntag Maxwell kontaktiert - gleich am Montag Kontaktaufnahme durch Maxwell zwecks Detailklärung - am Donnerstag das Ersatzteil im Briefkasten (von DE nach CH). Die Ausführung ist im Übrigen so gewählt, dass man den Verschluss mit zwei Imbusschrauben (Werkzeug lag bei) schnell ersetzen kann. Das ist eine ausserordentliche Leistung und kaum zu überbieten.
My order was delayed because it wasn't in stock. Maxwell Scott emailed me AND called me on the phone to apologise and explain my options. I decided to wait until it was available. When it arrived I was very pleased with the leather bag and its quality and my postage was refunded. It's always nice to know when I order anything that if things go wrong the company will contact me immediately instead of me having to chase them up. Highly recommended.

A beautiful wash bag which the recipient was very happy to receive!
