I have bought 3 gorgeous leather bags of all sizes from Maxwell Scott over the past 10 to 12 years. I have to say that their bags are of excellent quality and elegance. Recently, I contacted the company as the internal element of one bag that I use a lot had some flaking on the inside. Their customer service was amazing and despite the fact that the flaking was due to a lot of use, they agreed to take the bag and repair it for a small nominal fee. I have just had the bag returned it to me and it looks like a brand-new bag. I am so grateful. Thank you to Andrea Hall and Maxwell Scott for their wonderful customer service. I have dealt with a lot of companies over the past 20 years and Maxwell Scott and their products are some of the best that I have engaged with and highly recommend their incredibly elegant bags.
Maxwell Scott we’re great but the courier who delivered to my house was not great. Just threw it to bottom of front door and jumped back into van That behaviour does not tie in with Maxwell Scott. A signature was required on delivery but apparently the driver paid no heed to this

My trifold wallet was purchased after research for a wallet with more capacity for credit and membership cards as I travel a great deal and required that. The colour I was looking for wasn't going to be available for a while, so the representative contacted me. During our email communication, a different colour was suggested, which I agreed to. I realize that there there are a lot of 'good leather bags' out there - even ones that are 'bespoke' - custom-made for you. Unfortunately, they won't match the texture, color, clarity, and 'smell' of a Maxwell Scott Bag. When I gave my first MS Bag as a gift - many years ago - nobody realized how good it was. I just recently gave one as a gift to my oldest son - he cried. I'm looking at the one that I'm giving my youngest son for Christmas - we all know what the reaction will be = tears of joy. And guess what - I also bought a new one for myself - which I will put under the tree! Thank you Maxwell Scott - for all that you do!
Maxwell Scott sent the bag, as arranged . It is a magnificent chestnut brown, of tip top quality. I felt really cool taking this bag to Italy. Everyone looked at it, almost ashamed of their own tatty luggage. It made me feel like James Bond, on his way to something mysterious.
