Order took a while to arrive, but everything was there. Well packaged with all correct items.
Cans arrived without tips and half the tops missing. None of them were packaged/wrapped/shipped correctly. As expensive as this stuff is it should have at least been packaged correctly.

12 units were busted where they must have thrown the box around before getting to us and then the box is so messed up that can't put it back together to return. Finally got my dealership to go with a different vendor and this is what happened.

I'm very happy with the (3) Living Accent propane fire pits and the deal I got from the company. They were very fast at shipping them to us, they will be given away at our awards banquet.
I ordered from Max for the first time to order 10 units Concrete patch (1gal). The 2 out of 5 of units spilled during shipping as the lids came loose. I did not know why I didn't receive other 5 units until tracking showed that it was damaged and disposed. Which NO ONE from Max reached out to advise me. I called for replacement for 5 units and tried to give feedback. Which is to please tape down the lids or seal them in plastic bags to prevent any spillage. When I finally received my shipment, there was still no care taken as one of the lids were slightly open and there was some spillage. Not certain that I would order from Max again as I am doubtful about receiving damaged items.
I ordered 10 items @ $1.48. They cancelled the order, saying the items were out of stock. The items are now listed on their website for eight dollars more. Everything happened within one hour.
