Thank you for offering such a great deal on such a high-priced product! You helped us to get our security deposit back, without putting a gouge in our wallet.
Sent 4 fans back, unopened. They said they couldn’t fully refund me because the boxes were opened. I never opened them. They did so they didn’t have to fully refund me. Customer service is subpar. I’ve had better service from sketchy Chinese websites.

This company is BS selling on Amazon and will not provide a label and shipping cost to return a very heavy item that I did not want but got ordered anyway to a method I did not approve.......avoid ordering from this seller through Amazon Ps Amazon is also not being very helpful with this problem as they promised me a shipping label 3 days ago ....
