I was amazed at the price of the item compared to Amazon's price. So I placed the order with PayPal on my phone and that card I used got hacked almost immediately after making the payment... which is weird. But the item arrived, brand new in the box, exactly what I had ordered. Over 100$ less than elsewhere. Thank you 😊
I recently purchased (2) Kwikset lock sets. After receiving them I realized the key blank was differant than all the others in my house. So, I was unable to key them all alike as I wanted to. I contacted Max Warehouse explaining this and all they said is that they would take them back. So, I returned them as instructed at an expense of $16.00 shipping. I paid $84.40 for these plus the $16.00 for return shipping for a total of $100.40. Max Warehouse would only refund me $40.69. They kept referring to their deceptive return process. I fought tooth and nail for my money and they absolutely refused to refund me a fair amount. BUYER BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN ANYTHING TO THEM. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND MAKE UP EXCUSES TO KEEP IT.
The ordering process was simple and I received my order within a few days, all while getting it at cheaper than what I can buy locally. Will definitely be ordering more in the future.

The picture you have online clearly shows the original item with holes for the water to go down yet what you sent does not. I could have bought this locally and saved money.

I purchased two propane tanks through Amazon, who served as an intermediary for MaxWarehouse . The tanks I ordered were unfortunately the wrong size for my RV. This was admittedly my mistake, and I paid significantly for- it cost me $205 in shipping costs to return them to MaxWarehouse - 2/3 the purchase price of the tanks. My complaint is that MaxWarehouse charged me a $58 restocking fee, which was deducted from my refund. Their stated return policy on the Amazon site says: "If you change your mind about your purchase and you return the item in its original condition (unopened/new/ in original or unaltered packaging) - No restocking fees. Full Refund". I did in fact return the tanks unused, still in their black plastic accordion wrapping, and in the same cardboard shipping boxes they were originally sent in. In fact, their outbound packaging was VERY deficient - the tanks were in cardboard boxes wrapped in those almost useless plastic pillow cushions. There was no protection at the top or bottom of the box to protect the tanks against impact damage, so I added Styrofoam protection underneath the tanks and extra cardboard on top.. I protested the restock charge through Amazon. MaxWarehouse simply replied that "if an item is returned in a used, damaged, or materially different condition, a partial or no refund may be issued." I was given no explanation of how my return was "used, damaged, or materially different", which I firmly do not believe to be the case. I sent them a follow-up message requesting clarification, but received no reply in the following week. I also made a phone call to their service department (voice mail was the only option given), but the phone call was never returned. I believe I was unfairly charged a substantial restock fee in violation of the company's written return policy, and without being given any further explanation.
