I ordered 2 Blackstone Griddles. One was damaged and I have been trying to return it. Amazon sent me a return label. I am a single widow and I cannot lift this box by myself. I took it to UPS and they wanted $175.00 for shipping. I have never had to pay for a return to Amazon. I have tried to call Max Warehouse and they put me on hold and then said they would call me back. I have not heard from them! The other one I bought works great. I just want to get it returned and replaced, but I do not feel that because it was damaged when I received it that I should have to pay to return it. So I am not pleased to say the least. Unhappy Customer.

Would have given 0 stars if it were an option. Placed order for Penofin stain that was discounted 74%. This was noted to be in stock, then after charge was run I was notified order cancelled due to non-availability. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is ! Don’t waste your time with this merchant.

I purchased 2 rabbit hutches from Max Warehouse. They came on time and all the pieces were there. The instruction book was easy to read and everything basically went together without a hitch. The 1st one I had help. The 2nd one I didn't need any help. I'm not sure why people are saying it's a scam website or whatever, but that was not my experience

Never ever order anything from these people. I ordered and received a Mayfair Toilet seat. Less than 40 days later it completely split in half. The people at Max Warehouse said "too bad, we don't cover anything after 30 days" even though Walmart's ad stated aa 90 day free return. Walmart said to deal with Max Warehouse. Really terrible service.

1.Online company, yet I still had to call to verify shipping address and method. 2. After verifying by phone that they only ship UPS, they shipped half my order to a nonexistent usps address, so never received. 3. Items that were shipped to my correct address (FedX) were broken in shipping. 4. Trying to rectify this, Max said they would reship replacement items. They AGAIN shipped to the wrong address. 5. I am now requesting a refund - really doubt they will get that right.

I found exactly what I was looking for at good price. shipping was extremely fast. the only suggestion I can make is to let you know in advance of it coming In multiple shipments

I ordered 6 AFCI/GFCI outlets. Only 2 were in the box once it arrived. The company refuses to ship the missing outlets or to take any steps to reimburse me.

I purchased 69 32 ounce cans of liquid PVC glue as we worked our way through this inventory. We found a can that the clear glue with little parental and thick like hard Jell-O. We went and opened all the other cans and found we had 51 cans just like this. We looked at the bottom of the can we realize this product was made seven years ago. This product has a three year shelf life. So this product expired four years ago and they won't take it back. Buyer beware

I ordered my items directly from the Max Warehouse website and had a perfect transaction. They had everything I needed at reasonable prices and they quickly delivered the right stuff the first time. The best part was that I was able to easily return excess items that I ended up not using for my project. Max Warehouse did not charge me return shipping fees or restocking fees.

MaxWarehouse on Amazon appears to be a scam seller based on many experiences reported on several message boards. They will often accept and then cancel your order, as they did mine, potentially holding your money hostage as well as your personal data. In other cases it appears they ship completely wrong items and then refuse to refund. Best to avoid them and go with a reputable seller.

BEWARE - Max Warehouse is the Company from Hell to try to get a response out of if you get damaged goods. They don't answer their phones or email, except with generic email responses that mean nothing. They shipped me four 1 gallon cans of FlexSeal in a thin shipping box - a $400 purchase. Not surprising the 4 cans arrived crushed and split open in the box. They will not respond. It looks like I need to have my Bank reverse the charge now. I will never buy from them again. UPDATE: After filing a Better Business Bureau Complaint they refunded my money.

Like others have experienced, Max Warehouse incorrectly listed the size range of a product on Google Shopping. I received a smaller size for the price of the larger, more expensive model. I immediately asked for a return. I did not hear back from Max Warehouse for ten days. I sent a follow up message. This time Max Warehouse did respond, but I did not see the response right away. They requested pictures of my product. There was absolutely no reason that they would need pictures because all they had to do was look at the product description on Google Shopping to see their error. However, in 48 hours, they closed out my case because I did not send the pictures. Really??? It takes them 10 days to respond, yet they give you two days to respond back. It doesn't seem like they really want to stand behind their products. When I tried to enter a complaint, my browser informed me that the Max Warehouse customer service site was "not secure," and, of course, the first thing the website wanted me to enter was my Google password. No way. I am DONE with Max Warehouse, and Google Shopping, which doesn't really seem to protect its customers against scams like this. I would like to add that I did not see the email "in time" because I was involved with a search and rescue for a friend who went missing on a hike. I believe Max Warehouse creates these restrictive return policies to cover their own deceptive advertising, knowing that their customers have lives, and oftentimes will not be able to respond within an unreasonably short response window. Please, if you value the people in your life over shopping, boycott this company. Say "No" to their deceptive advertising and inhumanely greedy tactics. My friend didn't make it.

Ordered a toilet on a Monday, with expedited shipping. Went all the way until Thursday afternoon with no update. I had paid for "expedited shipping".. Spoke to company on Thursday. Said I would get tracking # on Friday. They refunded the expedited fee.. I never receive tracking # on Friday. I follow up on Saturday. Same runaround, we are doing all we can... I am then told that it will take some more time to resolve my issue and they confirm my phone #, saying they will call with an update. Here we are, Sunday afternoon and no update. I get a marketing email from them about every 6 hours, but no update on what I actually ordered... Tomorrow, Monday, will be one week since I placed an order, with no update on status of order.

Worst place to deal with. Prices are decent but they do not follow through wih deliveries. Was told two day shipping and go a partial package. Called on Saturday told me it would the rest would be there monday amd nothing so calld again amd they told me some of the package would arrive Wednesdayamd the rest Thursday. Representatives are total tools reading off a script amd not helpful at all

BUYER BEWARE! I purchased an item from this company through Walmart.com. The item came in two sizes, small and large. I ordered what I thought was the large item given the price was just a couple of dollars HIGHER than what I found at other on-line and brick and mortar stores. However, I ordered thru Walmart since I was already placing an order with them. When I got the confirmation of the order, to my surprise, I realized the item was the small size which was more than double the price, more even than the large item, from ALL other sellers). I immediately contacted Max Warehouse to cancel my order and was informed I could not cancel “once the order is placed it is final.” They did tell me that I could refuse the item at the time of delivery or contact them after I received the item for a resolution. I was unable to refuse the delivery so I contacted them immediately upon receipt at which time I was essentially told “tough luck”. Admittedly it was my fault for not paying close enough attention to the size detail but I never expected the price of the small item to be more than double the price of the same item found readily available from multiple stores/vendors. ( This DOES take into account shipping fees). Lesson learned but I will never order from this company again which at best is price gouging and at worse trying to mislead customers. Their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee is clearly false advertising!
