I’ve been searching for a green and red spiral tree to replace the old one I’ve had for many years. I was so excited to find it at Max Warehouse for a reasonable price. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I’ll definitely use them in the future if I need anything else that they sell.

The item I received didn’t match the description on the web page exactly. When I reached out about the color difference and it was discovered that the web page was not exactly correct, I was issued a full refund and told I could keep or donate the product. That is absolutely the best customer service I have ever experienced!
The customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately the LED Connectable Transformer I ordered is for the Gold LED and not the Platinum LED. The description on the website didn't provide that level of detail and I can't find anything else on the site that fits my need.

I have called over and over about a 416 dollar griddle I received with box open. Amazon, got involved as they would not answer, Tuesday October 10 23. They charged me another 180$ to send back. I received my items with wide open box and damaged. As the customer, asking for a replacement, they still haven’t done a damn thing to resolve this issue, nor have they issued an additional refund for my money out of my pocket to send damaged item back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!
Grill was delivered but we were out of the country for a month and half for unforeseen reasons. I explained this to company that when we returned we got grill and we could not store it in our RV. Company couldn’t care less.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! I would not purchase another item from this company again. I purchased a kitchen sink for kitchen remodel and got the wrong sink an undermount instead of a drop in. I purchased this on Amazon and this company refuses to pay for shipping. I was going to purchase the correct sink from them but not now. I hope Amazon drops them from their list of sellers. I write product reviews and have over 1 million 650,000 views and will definitely be telling people not to buy from this company. I'm a very unhappy customer. I'll definitely have to also write a review in AARP
