I ordered $33 worth of shelf brackets online on 1/1/2024 (a day they were closed) and ended up finding them locally and purchased them later that day. So I emailed on 1/1/24 to cancel the order and left a voice mail for customer service who said they were closed on the recording and someone would call the next business day. On the 2nd I received an email saying it was too late to cancel and then on the 3rd I received an email saying that the shipping label was created and the package was waiting for FedEx to picked up from Max Warehouse. I took a screen shot and emailed it back to customer services response from the 2nd saying how was it to late to cancel when I ordered and cancelled on the day you were closed and then the package hadn't even shipped out yet a day later. I got an apology that there was nothing that could be done and to just refuse delivery but it got dropped off on a day no one was home.
