Purchased tiles and received zero information. Continually contacted and received no reply. Waited almost 2 weeks and ended up having to contact PayPal to get a refund. Thankfully I paid this way. Completely wasted my time. I’ve since bought elsewhere. Should have listened to the other negative reviews. Tried to dispute this 2 years later. Why not do something about it at the time.
I recently ordered some new tiles for my kitchen and I was really pleased with how good the quality was. Whilst placing my order the staff were extremely helpful and were able to advise me on the best style to pick. The delivery was extremely fast and despite ordering at short notice I received my tiles in perfect time for my builder to install. I will keep you guys in mind in the future!
Absolutely love the tiles, they were exactly as described and look amazing in our bathroom. Perfectly reasonable price for the tiles and can’t fault the product itself at all. However the delivery was a big issue and set back our project by a couple of weeks. The tiles took 10 days to arrive despite the 1-2 day delivery stated on website and delivery dates that were guaranteed by customer services was not met.

I’ve just received my tiles today and I have to say I’m ecstatic with the service. The delivery was swift and straightforward with no complications. The customer service and correspondence was excellent, I was assured by the staff at every stage of the purchase process and led through the options available.
Starting this review with the good- We are thrilled with our tiles. They are excellent quality and exactly what we were hoping for. Unfortunately that is the end. The service from Luxury Tiles has been SHOCKING from start to finish. We placed our order, which qualified for the free shipping. We then heard nothing for a week. It took two phone calls (nobody answers their phones unless you go through to the sales department) Couldn’t be told when we would get our tiles or any estimated lead time. Called back a few days later only to be told the same. Incredibly frustrating when working to a schedule. Finally the tiles did arrive. As I mentioned I am very happy with them. However, we over ordered unfortunately. We contacted them over a week ago to arrange an order only to be told that wasn’t in our interests as we would have to pay shipping. We were fine with this as it was still financially beneficial. We were told they’d arrange collection. Heard nothing so called again only to be told the same. Then silence again for another week. Called again and was told there was no record of our prior request for a return or conversation. So back to square one. We were then told we would have to ship the tiles to two separate places and pay a 20% restocking fee on both. I appreciate it might not make much sense to them that we want to return what we over ordered on but when you have £200 of tiles you do not need then surely it’s up to the customer to determine how to proceed. The customer service has been terrible, the communication is non existent and the staff are rude and presumptuous. Incredibly disappointed as I had such high hopes for them.

Honestly only for I have had to click one star to leave review no stars should be awarded. I would have to say one of thee worst customer experiences I have ever had to endure. Difficult to get in touch with, lying about despatch dates. This company has cause a 7 week delay to our Project. AWFUL AWFUL Service

Beautiful tiles for my Victorian walkway,am very pleased I used luxury tiles,customer service was very helpful from start till the delivery and they call us to make sure we had the tiles and colour we did order.
